“Harley in rosa”

Si è appena conclusa la seconda edizione
di uno degli eventi più curiosi
organizzati da Harley-Davidson Italia:
“Harley in rosa”, l’appuntamento dedicato
esclusivamente al mondo femminile
per testimoniare la costante e continua attenzione
che il marchio americano rivolge alle donne.
Se la prima edizione aveva entusiasmato le partecipanti,
nonostante l’abbondante pioggia, questa
nuova versione ha saputo ancora una volta sorprendere
grazie alle novità.
Quest’anno infatti sono state introdotte due varianti
significative alla formula. La prima riguarda le partecipanti
all’evento. Harley-Davidson ha infatti esteso
l’invito non solo alle giornaliste donne ma anche
a nomi di spicco dell’imprenditoria femminile italiana,
donne manager e di successo che si sono distinte:
Emanuela Barilla, Georgia Gay, Antonella,
Cristina e Elisabetta Nonino, Monica Mazzei e Antonella
Serafini, Gabriella Ranzi e Aurelia Boccia.
La seconda novità è stata l’invito esteso anche a
non patentate, donne totalmente a digiuno di qualsiasi
esperienza sulle due ruote. Ad ospitare l’evento
è stata scelta non a caso la località di Franciacorta
ed in particolare l’autodromo di Castrezzato
dove, la mattina di venerdì 16 maggio, in un’area riservata,
si sono ritrovate le impavidi invitate. A supporto
dell’iniziativa gli istruttori qualificati della Riding
School di Luca Pedersoli che hanno subito impegnato
le principianti con un corso teorico di base
e le più esperte con nozioni di guida sicura. Il momento
più atteso per tutte è stato il pomeriggio,
quando si è passati dalla teoria alla pratica. Le patentate
sono partite, ognuna in sella ad un diverso
modello della gamma Harley-Davidson, per un tour

tra gli splendidi paesaggi della Franciacorta passando
per il lago d’Iseo. Le principianti, invece,
hanno provato l’ebrezza di salire su una Harley-Davidson
e hanno decisamente sorpreso tutti i presenti
per la loro velocità di apprendimento e per la
loro abilità nell’affrontare rettilinei, curve e prove di
frenata. Saranno state la maneggevolezza e la sel-
la bassa delle Harley-Davidson a facilitarne
la guida, sarà stata la bravura degli insegnanti,
ma al termine del pomeriggio c’è
anche chi è riuscita ad inserire una terza
marcia. Il tempo quest’anno è stato clemente
e ha quasi graziato l’edizione 2008
dell’Harley in rosa. Solo sul finire del pomeriggio
ha iniziato a piovere bagnando le
esperte al rientro dal giro in moto. C’è stato
poco tempo purtroppo per godersi un
po’ di relax in albergo, il lussuoso Albereta
Relais & Chateaux Espace Vitalité Henri
Chenot, prima di uscire per l’ultima parte
della giornata. Ad attenderle visita alle antiche
cantine Berlucchi che ha ospitato il
gruppo anche per un aperitivo e successivamente
cena dai sapori locali presso il ristorante La
Mongolfiera dei Sodi di Erbusco.
Harley.-Davidson Italia sta già lavorando all’edizione
“Harley in rosa 2009”, ma le novità si potranno scoprire
solo strada facendo. ■

the new ingredients of the second
edition of “Harley in pink.”
The The second edition of one of the most curious
events is just concluded and it has been
organized by Harley-Davidson Italia: Harley in
pink, the appointment exclusively devoted to the female
world, to testimony of the constant and continuous
attention that the American mark turns to the
women. And if the first edition had thrilled the participants,
despite the abundant rain, this new version has
known once more to surprise thanks to the novelties.
This year in fact two meaningful variations have been
introduced to the formula. The first one concerns the
participants to the event. Harley-Davidson has in fact
not only extended the invitation to the journalists women
but to famous names of female Italian imprenditory,
women manager and of successful that distinguished:
Emanuela Barilla, Georgia Gay, Antonella,
Cristina and Elizabeth Nonino, Monica Mazzei and
Antonella Serafini, Gabriella Ranzi and Aurelia Boccia.
The second novelty has also been the wide invitation
to not patentate, women totally new about experience
on two wheels. To develop the event has been select
(not by chance) Franciacorta locality and particularly
the autodrome of Castrezzato where,on Friday
16th May morning, in a reserved area, the fearless
guests took place. To support of the initiative the qualified
instructors Luca Pedersoli’s Riding School that
have immediately hocked the beginners with a theoretical
course of base and the most experienced with
notions of sure guide. The moment more attended for
all has been the afternoon, when they passed from
the theory to the practice. The licenced left, each in
saddle to a different model of the range Harley-Davidson,
for a tour among the splendid landscapes of the
Franciacorta passing for the Iseo lake. The beginners
felt instead the intoxication to climb on a Harley-Davidson,
and have decidedly surprised all the presents
for their speed of learning and for their ability passing
rectilinear, curves and tests of braked. The manageability
and the low saddle of the Harley-Davidsons have
facilitated guide, just like teachers’cleverness, but
at the end of the afternoon someone succeeded in inserting
a third march.
This year weather has been clement with the 2008
edition of the Harley in pink. Only by the afternoon end
it has begun to rain bathing the experienced ones to
the return from the turn by motorbike. There has been
unfortunately a little time to enjoy themselves a bit of

elax in the hotel, the luxurious Albereta Relais & Chateaux
Espace Vitalité Henri Chenot, before going out
for the last part of the day. To attend them to the ancient
wine cellars Berlucchi that has also entertained
the group for an appetizer and after supper by local
tastes near the restaurant “Air balloon” – Sodi’s in Erbusco.
Harley. - Davidson Italia is already working to the edition
“Harley in pink 2009”, but novelties can be discovered
only forward. ■
