realizzata e fornita dalla Gong S.p.A. Sono disponibili pavimentazioni in ghisa,<br />
plastica e monoblocco.<br />

L’impianto di alimentazione a liquido è composto dalla cucina , con le vasche di preparazione della broda, dalle linee di distribuzione del<br />
mangime, da impianti satellite del mais verde, stoccaggio acqua, stoccaggio siero e da un computer sul quale è installato il software che<br />
gestisce la preparazione e la distribuzione. Esso fornisce una gestione completa dell’alimentazione dell’animale e può essere integrato<br />
con i nostri sistemi complementari quali: sistema di tracciabilità, sistema di controllo dell’azoto prodotto nelle deiezioni, di gestione in rete<br />
dell’assistenza.<br />
Liquid feeding system is composed by : a kitchen with preparation tanks for the slop, feeding distribution lines, satellite plants for green<br />
maize – water and whey storage and a computer on which there is a software installed that organizes feed preparation and distribution.<br />
It supplies a complete feeding system to the sows and can be completed with our complementary systems like: recognizability system,<br />
nitrogen control system in the dejection, and network management for the service.<br />

SISTEMI DI GESTIONE NEDAP<br />
NEDAP VELOS connette meccanizzazione, automazione e robotizzazione in un unico sistema<br />
di gestione. La stazione d’alimentazione per scrofe NEDAP Velos si basa sulla distribuzione<br />
individuale del mangime. Essa garantisce maggior efficacia e distribuzione del mangime più<br />
efficiente in ogni momento del ciclo produttivo della scrofa, con una significativa riduzione dei<br />
costi dell’allevatore. L’unità di separazione automatica Velos assicura che le scrofe gestanti e le<br />
scrofe in calore vengano automaticamente separate dal gruppo rendendole riconoscibili con un<br />
marchio. NEDAP Velos è un sistema flessibile che si adegua alle aziende di qualsiasi dimensione.<br />
NEDAP MANAGEMENT SYSTEM<br />
NEDAP VELOS joints mechanization, automation and robotization in one management system.<br />
Feeding station for the sows NEDAP VELOS is based on single feeding distribution. It warranties<br />
greater efficacy and more efficient feeding distribution in all moments of the sow productive cycle, with<br />
a significant reduction of the costs for the farmer. Automatic separation unit “VELOS” warranties that<br />
pregnant sows and sows in heat were divided from the others, making them recognizable with a mark.<br />
