Riassunto<br />

Negli anni '70 fu proposta una suddivisione dell'ansia clinica in due forme, l'ansia<br />

gener<strong>al</strong>izzata e l'ansia legata <strong>al</strong> Disturbo <strong>da</strong> Attacchi di Panico. <strong>La</strong> disponibilitˆ di strumenti<br />

diagnostici stan<strong>da</strong>rdizzati per separare il panico <strong>da</strong>ll'ansia gener<strong>al</strong>izzata e l'aver collegato il<br />

panico <strong>al</strong>l'agorafobia aument˜ il numero di lavori clinici sulla v<strong>al</strong>iditˆ di questa distinzione.<br />

Abstract<br />

In the Ô70s, a division of clinic anxiety into two forms was proposed: gener<strong>al</strong>ized anxiety<br />

and anxiety connected with Panic Disorder. The availability of stan<strong>da</strong>rd diagnostic<br />

instruments to divide panic from gener<strong>al</strong>izated anxiety, as well as the found linking<br />

between panic and agoraphobia increased the number of clinic works about the v<strong>al</strong>idity of<br />

this distinction.<br />
