BLOCKEND SWIMFEEDERS FOR MAGGOTS AND GROUNDBAIT
Pasturatori per bigattini e pastura con piombo laterale. Ideali per la pesca a ledgering dalle scogliere o dalle spiagge,
in situazioni di media o forte corrente marina oppure in acqua dolce pescando in corrente nei fiumi.
These swimfeeders are provided with a lead strip applied to the side. It's suitable for maggots and groundbait. In sea
fishing they are excellent for beach-ledgering, from rocks or with medium/strong current and they are suitable for
fishing in running fresh-waters.

Suggeriamo alcuni “trucchetti” che possono essere messi in pratica sia dal pescatore esperto sia da chi
utilizza per la prima volta questa tecnica che offre la possibilità di splendide catture. Una volta prescelta la
zona di pesca e lanciata la lenza con il pasturatore, consigliamo di mettere un elastico che fermi la fuoriuscita
del filo nello stesso punto della bobina del mulinello. Usando questo accorgimento eviterete di disperdere la
pasturazione in una zona più vasta del fondale, concentrando i pesci nello stesso punto di pesca così
continuamente alimentato lancio dopo lancio. Per evitare la fuoriuscita troppo rapida dei vermi è preferibile
riempire il pasturatore con bigattini incollati preventivamente inumiditi con aroma spray per moltiplicare il
loro potere di attrazione. Per ottenere lo stesso scopo aggiungendo l'effetto “frenesia alimentare” che rende il
pesce meno sospettoso, è consigliabile tappare il fondo e la parte superiore del feeder con pastura poco
umidificata, ponendo nella parte centrale dello stesso i bigattini che saranno liberi di uscire una volta
raggiunto il fondo, quando la pastura si sarà sciolta. Per le giornate “difficili” quando si vedono poche
abboccate, un ultimo ma non meno importante accorgimento è quello di gettare un pugno di bigattini in un
secchio d'acqua raccogliendo le larve che galleggiano e innescandole sull'amo legato su un terminale lungo
almeno 2 metri. Questa astuzia provocherà l'attacco di pesci anche molto sospettosi assicurando la cattura
degli stessi anche in giornate da carniere vuoto.
We suggest some “tricks” that can put into practice either expert angler or who uses the first time this fishing
method that offers a lot of probabilities of wonderful catches. When you have chosen fishing zone and thrown
the rig with feeder, in the same position of the reel spool we suggest you put an elastic band that stops the
monofilament goes out, so in that way you will avoid to waste groundbaiting in a greater area of the sea
bottom, attracting fish in the same zone that you are continuously feeding throw after throw. To prevent
worms from going out too quick it's better fill the feeder with stuck maggots after you have wet them with
spray flavour to increase their attracting power. To obtain the same result, adding “eating frenzy” effect that
makes fish less suspicious, we suggest to put a small quantity of just a little wet groundbait at the lower part
and on the top of the feeder putting the maggots in the middle so the worms will go out when the groundbait
melts at the bottom. We suggest the last but not least “trick” to put into practice in those “difficult days” when
fish hardly ever bites: put a handful of maggots in a bucket full of water picking up those are floating then
hook them of the fish-hook tied on a rig almost length 2 meters. That trick will arouse the attack of fish, also
the most suspicious one, granting you a sure catch.
