CONFORME ALLA NORMA INTERNAZIONALE IN VIGORE
ISO 3394:1984
Strutture realizzate in alluminio estruso anodizzato e/o in lamiera di acciaio
elettrozincata spessore 7-8/10, con verniciatura a polveri epossidiche spessore
70 - 80 micron e cottura a forno a 190 - 200°.
Frontali con telaio perimetrale in alluminio estruso completo di profilo parapolvere;
Specchiature interne in laminato plastico sp. 4 mm o in vetro
antinfortunistico a norma di sicurezza serigrafato.
Maniglia a tutta lunghezza in alluminio, integrata nel telaio dell’anta e del cassetto.
Cerniere con apertura a 230° e scatto automatico di chiusura.
Cassetti e cassettoni completi di guide scorrevoli su rulli dotate di fermi di
sicurezza.
Ante estraibili sostenute da apposite guide telescopiche di grande portata
dotate di fermi di sicurezza.
Tutti i moduli sono dotati di gambe con piedini registrabili altezza 23 cm.
Su richiesta possono essere realizzati nella variante per il montaggio sospeso
o su ruote (previa verifica in loco da parte di un ns. tecnico specializzato).
Piani di lavoro in Corian, in acciaio inox o in truciolare rivestito in laminato
plastico postformato antigraffio e resistente al calore.
Vani porta vaschette e vassoi con fiancate interne in ABS, con possibilità di
inserimento sia orizzontale che inclinato delle vaschette e vassoi.
Vaschette in tecnopolimero stampato ad iniezione, dimensioni 600 x
400 mm disponibili in 3 altezze, rispondenti alla norma internazionale
ISO 3394:1984.
Vani attrezzati per spogliatoio, classificatori, portamedicinali, portarifiuti;
Possibilità di incasso di elettrodomestici e predisposizione per passaggio
cavi, tubazioni e connessioni.
Verniciatura mediante polveri epossidiche con trattamento antimicrobico BioCote.

IN CONFORMITY WITH ISO 3394:1984 EUROPEAN NORMS
IN FORCE
Structures built in anodised extruded aluminium and /or in electro-galvanized
sheet steel, 7-8/10 gauge, with 70-80 micron epoxy-powder
coating, oven-baked at 190-200° .
Fronts with perimetral frame of extruded aluminium, complete with dustprotection
seal and panels of 4mm-thick plastic laminate or anti-accident
glass in compliance with safety norms, serigraphied.
Full length aluminium handle, integrated into the door and drawer frame.
Hinges with 230° opening and automatic closure snap.
Drawers and deep drawers complete with sliding guides on rollers, fitted
with safety stops.
All the modules are fitted with legs on adjustable tips height 23 cm.
Upon request, they can be realized in the suspended or on-castors variants
(subjected to on-site verification by one of our specialized technicians).
Work-tops in Corian, in stainless steel, or in chipboard covered with
post-formed, scratch- and heat-resistant plastic laminate.
Compartments for baskets and trays with internal sides in ABS, with
possibility of inserting baskets and trays both in the horizontal position,
or tilted forward.
Trays in injection-moulded techno-polymer, dimensions 600 x 400mm
available in 3 heights, in conformity with the European norms in force
ISO3394.
Compartments fitted for lockers, filing, medicine-holders, waste-bins;
possibility of built-in electrical appliances and provision for the passage
of wiring, pipes and connections.
Epoxy-powders coating finish with BioCote anti-microbial treatment.
