Ottenuta da vinacce di groppello del garda.
Olfatto: marcato su fondo erbaceo tendente
all’amaro. Sotto un leggero pungente si
riconosce la buccia della pera e della nespola.
Gusto: in bocca è abbastanza suadente anche
se appena, appena pungente. In sequenza
prevale il fruttato come le bacche selvatiche
della rosa canina, la pera stramatura, la prugna
secca e la nocciola.

Obtained from the marc of Groppello del
Garda.
Nose: a marked grassy background aroma
tending to bitterness. Beneath a light pungency,
the peel of pear and loquat can be recognised.
Taste: the flavour is rather mellow even if a little
bit pungent. In order come fruits such as berries
of wild rose hips, overripe pear, plum, hazelnut,
prune and hazelnut.
