I dati targa rispecchiano il reale funzionamento della vostra saldatrice, saperli
leggere signifi ca capire le vere potenzialità del prodotto.
COME LEGGERLI
Le due più importanti informazioni sono gli ampère massimi di saldatura, che
rappresentano la potenza e il ciclo di utilizzo. Maggiore è il numero di ampère
più potente sarà la saldatrice. Il ciclo di utilizzo invece si misura in un lasso
di tempo di 10 minuti. Esso è espresso in percentuale, esempio: 100 amp al
60% signifi ca che potete saldare con una potenza di 100 amp per un tempo
di 6 minuti (60% di 10 min.) senza che la protezione termica che impedisce
il surriscaldamento entri in funzione interrompendo il vostro lavoro. Lo
stesso discorso vale per tutte le altre percentuali che potreste trovare (30%
equivalgono a 3 min., 40% a 4 min., 100% a 10 min., ecc.).
INVERTER
Con tecnologia ad inverter si intende l’applicazione dell’elettronica agli
elettroutensili. Questa tecnologia porta grandi vantaggi, con dimensioni
molto meno ingombranti e pesi ridotti permette di ottenere prestazioni
maggiori rispetto alle tradizionali macchine con trasformatore. Anche i
consumi sono molto ridotti rispetto alle macchine tradizionali. L’inverter
infatti calcola automaticamente la potenza necessaria alla saldatura e non
fa saltare il contatore.

HOW TO READ THE RATING PLATE
The rating data indicate the real operation of your welding machine,
understanding them means knowing the true potential of the products.
HOW TO READ THEM
The two most important data are the maximum welding ampère, which
indicate the power and the duty cycle. The higher the ampère value, the
higher the power of the welding machine. The duty cycle is measured in a
10 minutes time span. It is expressed with a percentage, e.g.: 100 amps. At
60% means that you can weld at 100 amp for a period of 6 minutes (60% of
10 min.) without having your work interrupted by the intervention of thermic
protection, which prevents overheating. The same principle applies to all the
other percentages you might fi nd (30% equals 3 min., 40% equals 4 min.,
100% equals 10 min., etc).
INVERTER
By inverter technology we mean the application of electronics to electric
equipments. The great advantage of this technology is the possibility of
having much smaller and lighter machines with much better performances
than the ones of the traditional transformer machines. The absorbed power is
much reduced as well compared to traditional machines. The inverter reckons
automatically the necessary welding power, hence it does not cause the main
switch to break down.
