RA DIXIT LED 

RA Dixit LED è stato studiato e realizzato appositamente per 

rispondere alla domanda del mercato illuminotecnico. Il costante 

e attento aggiornamento dei suoi componenti rappresenta la 

risposta più valida a tali esigenze. 

Viene utilizzata la tecnologia al fosforo remoto dei LED Fortimo 

DLM applicata a un diffusore di tipo lambertiano, che garantisce 

grande affidabilità nel tempo e un costo di manutenzione 

praticamente azzerato, grazie alla lunga durata di funzionamento 

(50.000 ore, equivalenti ad un periodo di esercizio di 10/12 anni). 

La totale assenza di raggi ultravioletti (UV) e infrarossi (IR) 

permette, grazie alla possibilità di illuminazione ravvicinata, di 

esaltare valori essenziali, come la freschezza e la qualità, senza 

alterare i colori degli oggetti illuminati nel tempo. 

Il modulo LED è ecologico, rispettoso dell’ambiente e non 

contiene mercurio. 

Il perfetto contatto tra lo speciale dissipatore di calore lamellare 

e il guscio esterno consentono a RA di garantire funzionalità, 

flusso, efficienza luminosa e lunga durata. 

Un’avanzata tecnologia di raffreddamento attivo è applicata 

agli incassi RA Dixit LED, nelle versioni a 2000 e 3000 lumen. Si 

tratta di un sistema con caratteristiche di durata e affidabilità. 

Il dispositivo si avvale di una membrana che, oscillando ad 

altissima velocità, genera una pulsante e forzata turbolenza 

d’aria che viene convogliata verso le alette del dissipatore 

termico. Il calore generato dal modulo LED viene così eliminato 

in totale silenzio, nella versione 2000 Lumen, mentre la versione 

3000 Lumen produce un lieve fruscio (30 decibel). 



RA Dixit LED has been specifically designed and made to 

fulfil the demands of the lighting market. The constant and 

careful updating of its parts is the most valid response to these 

requirements. 

These fittings are equipped with the remote phosphor technology 

of Fortimo DLM LED, applied to a Lambertian diffuser, which 

guarantees great reliability over time and maintenance costs 

close to zero, thanks to the long-lasting service life (50.000 hours, 

equal to a period of 10/12 years). 

The total absence of ultraviolet (UV) and infra-red (IR) rays allows 

for close-up lighting and therefore for the enhancement of 

essential features, such as freshness and quality, without altering 

the colours of illuminated objects over time. 

The LED module is ecological, environmentally friendly and it 

does not contain mercury. 

The perfect contact between the special lamellar heat dissipator 

and the outer housing allow RA to ensure functionality, flow, 

luminous efficiency and a long life. 

An advanced active cooling technology is applied to RA Dixit LED 

recessed downlights in the 2000 and 3000 lumen versions. This 

is a system which features long life and reliability. The device 

is equipped with a membrane that, through oscillation at high 

speed, generates a pulsing and forced air turbulence towards 

the fins of the heat dissipator. The heat generated by the LED 

module is thus eliminated in total silence in the 2000 lumen 

version, while in the 3000 lumen version it produces a light 

rustling (30 decibel).

The RA Dixit LEDs are equipped with the new reflectors, Visual 

Plus, having a faceted conical surface, coated with aluminium 

in high vacuum, granting a controlled light beam. The high light 

efficiency (94%) is combined with moderate levels of luminance 

and low glare values UGR (Unified Glare Rating) 80, a colour temperature of 3000K or 4000K, keeping colour 

rendering lively and brilliant for the entire life of the fitting.

Decorative downlights are suitable for all settings, whether we 

think of the latest LED models or of Ivela’s more classic collection. 

They can be the only source of lighting in a room, or they can be 

used in combination with other lighting fittings. 

As a decorative downlight, DJ is an example of the most evolved 

technology (LED), featuring its simple design and its small size 

together with very low consumes, long service life, safety and 

easiness of use. 

All versions are equipped with the new high luminous efficiency 

LEDs, which are particularly interesting for their performance 

and reliability. The DJ series is suitable for any setting, for easy 

functional applications, and it is ideal as a courtesy light in hotels, 

or as a decorative light for settings with a high aesthetic value, 

like show-rooms, or for entertainment areas. 

DJ and DJ3 are registered design models.


DJ monta un singolo LED ad alta resa luminosa da 70 lumen/1W 

- 3500 K, alimentato a corrente costante 350 mA in bassissima 

tensione. 

La luce prodotta da DJ è ottimizzata da una lente in policarbonato 

integrata al corpo. 

Le versioni DJ3 utilizzano moduli da 3 LED ad alta efficienza da 

210 lumen/3W. 

Sugli incassi decorativi è possibile installare lampade alogene 

dicroiche e bispina a bassa tensione, oppure alogene e lampade 

a sorgenti LED MR16.

policarbonato traslucido stampato a iniezione e da un dissipatore

Gli apparecchi appartenenti alla collezione classica sono completi 

di molle di aggancio in acciaio zincato, portalampade cablato, 

asta in acciaio con portamorsettiera in nylon, morsetto per 

connessione all’alimentazione. 

Sono realizzati in acciaio stampato, oppure in pressofusione di 

alluminio o in vetro. Le superfici metalliche sono verniciate in 

epossipoliestere. 

Sono disponibili con finitura cromata o dorati in oro zecchino.

DJ is equipped with a high luminous efficiency single LED 70 

lumen/1W - 3500 K, to be supplied by constant extra low voltage 

current 350mA. 

The light output of DJ is optimised by a polycarbonate lens which 

is integral to the body. 

The versions of DJ3 are equipped with high efficiency 3-LED 

modules, 210 lumen / 3W. 

Decorative downlights are suitable for use with dichroic halogen 

and low voltage bipin lamps, or for lamps with MR16 LED 

sources.

Ten e MiniTen permettono di realizzare disegni di luce sulle facciate 

degli edifici, esaltando i ritmi e i particolari architettonici di centri 

commerciali, spazi espositivi, e anche loggiati o aree di passaggio. 

La serie Ten utilizza, tra le altre, sorgenti luminose e moduli LED 

di nuova generazione con alto rendimento, elevata efficienza 

luminosa e ottima resa cromatica. L’alimentazione elettronica 

è integrata. La gamma è disponibile in varie versioni, monodirezionale 

e bi-direzionale con ottica orientabile o fissa. 

È possibile utilizzare dispositivi focali a lenti ellittiche, convesse 

o biconvesse, e inserti sagomatori, che consentono di variare il 

fascio luminoso secondo le esigenze del caso. 

La serie è caratterizzata da un elevato grado di protezione, IP66, 

e da uno speciale trattamento delle superfici. Risulta, quindi, 

particolarmente adatta e resistente per applicazioni in esterno. 

Tutti gli apparecchi Ten possono essere applicati su palo, in 

configurazione singola o a doppio apparecchio con gli appositi accessori.

Ten and MiniTen allow to create light effects on the façades of 

buildings, enhancing the rhythm and the architectural details of 

shopping centres, display areas and also arcades or walkways. 

The Ten series uses the new generation of light sources and 

LED modules, with a bright light, a high luminous efficiency and 

an excellent colour quality. The electronic gear is integrated. 

The range is available in several versions, mono-directional and 

up-down light with adjustable or fixed reflectors. 

Ten and MiniTen can be equipped with focal devices, with elliptical 

convex or biconvex lenses, and devices for blade of light, for 

the variation of the light beam, in accordance with specification 

requirements. 

The series features a high protection rating, IP66, and a special 

surface treatment. It is therefore particularly suitable and resistant 

for outdoor applications. 

All Ten fittings can be installed on poles, in single or double 

mounting, using the proper accessories. 

Ten, along with its entire range, is a registered design model.

Il telaio di supporto, da applicare 

preventivamente a parete, facilita tutte le 

operazioni di cablaggio e montaggio. 

Il cablaggio può essere quindi eseguito 

tramite la scatola di collegamento che, 

completamente svincolata dal resto 

dell’apparecchio, consente di applicare il 

corpo centrale e le ottiche in una fase 

successiva. 

Inserita la lampada nel vano ottico, 

l’installazione dell’apparecchio si conclude 

con il montaggio degli anelli di chiusura e 

del vetro di protezione. 

The wiring and mounting of the fittings are 

very easy, thanks to the wall-frame, that 

should be first applied to the wall. 

The wiring of the luminaire can be made 

through the junction box, that is completely 

independent from the rest of the fitting. 

This enables the mounting of the main 

housing and of the optics in a following 

phase. 

Once the lamp has been mounted in the

glass should be fixed, completing the

a molteplici esigenze funzionali ed estetiche. Il suo design essenziale e 

dalle linee pulite è ideale per illuminare in modo discreto e uniforme, 

con dispersione di luce e abbagliamento estremamente ridotti, percorsi 

pedonali, camminamenti e aree commerciali, pubbliche e residenziali. 

Caicos è un apparecchio a luce diretta e illuminazione diffusa (a 360°). 

Diffusore in policarbonato trasparente oppure opalino. 

Completo di lampada fluorescente compatta ha l’alimentazione

Caicos is able to meet many functional and aesthetic demands both in 

the pole-mounted and in the wall-mounted versions. Its minimal design 

featuring clean lines is ideal for creating discrete and uniform lighting,

walkways and commercial, public and residential areas.

La luce come elemento rivelatore della natura e suggestione 

scenografica. Achille, con i suoi tre modelli, differenti nel diametro, è 

un apparecchio da incasso a filo terreno, che evidenzia le architetture 

e i luoghi naturali mettendoli in risalto e creando, nel contempo, 

atmosfere d’effetto. È ideale per illuminare facciate di edifici, 

monumenti, giardini. 

Calpestabile e carrabile, è costruito con materiali altamente resistenti 

agli agenti di corrosione e possiede un elevato grado di protezione, 

IP67. Risulta quindi affidabile nel tempo e adatto per applicazioni in 

esterno, anche in condizioni atmosferiche particolarmente gravose.

Le ottiche sono simmetriche, orientabili o fisse, e asimmetriche fisse.

INCASSI DA ESTERNO / EXTERIOR GROUND LIGHTS 

Light makes the most of natural features and it provides scenographic 

effects. Achille, with its three models in different diameters, is a 

recessed uplight, flush with the ground, highlighting architectural and 

natural settings and creating charming atmospheres at the same time. 

It is ideal for the illumination of façades of buildings, monuments and 

gardens. 

Suitable for vehicles and pedestrian traffic, it is designed with 

materials that preserve it from the aggression of oxidizing agents, and 

it has a high rating IP67. It is therefore reliable over time and suitable 

for outdoor applications, even in very severe weather conditions.

The optics are symmetrical, adjustable or fixed, and fixed asymmetrical. 

The Achille series, including the version with an electronic gear, 

is designed for a wide range of high power light sources, for both 

metal halide or fluorescent lamps and, to meet the most demanding 

requests of application and setting, for LED 1100 lumen module.

La controcassa per la posa in opera, da ordinare separatamente, si 

può installare indipendentemente dal successivo posizionamento 

del corpo illuminante. 

Il corpo illuminante, una volta inserito, ha la possibilità di rotazione 

di 360°, per permettere il corretto orientamento del fascio 

luminoso. Viene, quindi, assicurato da un sistema di bloccaggio. 

Nella parte inferiore dell’apparecchio, indipendente dal vano 

ottico, è situata la scatola di cablaggio alla rete, munita di doppio 

pressacavo, con possibilità di collegamento a cascata. Un terzo 

pressacavo, situato tra la scatola e il corpo illuminante, permette di 

evitare l’effetto di depressione nel vano di collegamento. 

La normativa CEI EN60598-2-13 regola l’utilizzo di questo tipo di 

apparecchi (vedi tabella a pag. 288).

The recessed housing, which should be ordered separately, can be 

installed freely, without any fix reference to the following position 

of the luminaire. 

Once it is positioned, the luminaire can be rotated of 360°, to allow 

the right control of the light beam. The anchorage is then assured 

by a blocking system. 

The junction box for the mains is located in the lower part of the 

fitting, which is independent from the inner housing. It is equipped 

with a double cable-gland allowing through-wiring. A third cable 

gland, between the box and the luminaire, allows to avoid the 

depression effect in the connection housing. 

The IEC EN60598-2-13 Standard specifies the application of these 

fittings (see table on page 288).

pavimento) e assicurarsi, cementandola, che nella 

parte inferiore rimanga un drenaggio sufficiente 

per evitare ristagni d’acqua.

di pressacavo PG11 nella parte inferiore del corpo 

da inserire nel vano. 

La normativa EN 60598-2-13 regola l’applicazione 

di questo tipo di apparecchi, in particolare per 

quanto riguarda i limiti di temperatura.

Fit the recessed housing (in the ground or floor) 

and make sure, when you are cementing it, that 

enough drainage room is allowed at the bottom, to 

prevent any backwater. 

A hole for the supply cable, including the PG11 

cable-gland, is in the lower part of the inner 

housing, to be fitted in the recessed housing.

Luci, dunque, progettate sia per valorizzare il patrimonio naturale 

o architetturale, sia per assolvere a una funzione di sicurezza, 

consentendo la fruizione visiva dei percorsi. 

Nauto è un incasso da pavimento calpestabile, realizzato in due 

versioni, con cornice tonda e quadra. Perfettamente integrabile 

nella pavimentazione, è idoneo a installazioni su superfici 

tradizionali o industriali, in calcestruzzo. 

Il suo alto grado di protezione, IP68, lo rende adatto per 

l’illuminazione, con effetto coreografico, di piscine in immersione 

costante sino a 3 metri di profondità.

The color rendering index CRI 

has a value between 0 and

Efficiency 

It is the ratio of the emitted 

luminous flux to the radiant 

flux of the bulb utilized. 

As this is a ratio between 

two homogeneous sizes, it 

is dimensionless and it is 

expressed in a percentage. It 

is a fundamental parameter 

for designing a lighting system 

in terms of an efficient use of 

electricity. 

Color temperature 

It can be defined as a 

qualitative parameter for 

defining the right type of lamp 

for a specific application: it is 

based on the color spectrum 

of the radiations emitted and 

the different colors produced. 

Color temperature is measured

• Gli ordini s’intendono accettati ai prezzi e alle condizioni di vendita in vigore. 

A fronte di eventuali variazioni di listino e quindi di prezzi e condizioni, l’acquirente avrà 

la facoltà di annullare gli ordini in atto con lettera raccomandata entro 8 giorni dalla nostra 

comunicazione di variazioni. 

Gli ordini s’intendono subordinati alla nostra accettazione. 

• I prezzi del listino s’intendono franco nostri magazzini di fabbrica, salvo accordi speciali. 

• Ogni nostra obbligazione cessa con la consegna della merce al vettore o allo spedizioniere, 

anche se le spese di trasporto sono incluse nel prezzo di vendita. 

Il trasporto o la spedizione con qualsiasi mezzo s’intendono sempre effettuati a rischio e 

pericolo dell’acquirente, con esclusione di ogni nostra responsabilità in caso di rotture, avarie,

• I termini di consegna, ove pattuiti, s’intendono sempre indicativi.

• IVELA S.p.A. garantisce i prodotti del presente catalogo per un termine di 2 anni dalla data 

di acquisto purché installati correttamente e utilizzati nei limiti e in conformità alle specifiche 

tecniche dei componenti. 

• In caso di contestazioni si stabilisce la competenza esclusiva dell’Autorità Giudiziaria di Milano.
