The bar dis<strong>in</strong>tegrators have the task<br />
to crush, to break up and pre-mill<br />
medium and small size clay clods,<br />
even with high hardness characteristics,<br />
and to eject as well small stones<br />
possibly present <strong>in</strong> the raw material.<br />
Such an action is realized by means<br />
of two rollers with parallel axis and<br />
placed side by side, one of them<br />
equipped with axially parallel bars,<br />
which rotate <strong>in</strong> opposite direction<br />
with different speeds.<br />
The bars <strong>in</strong>stalled on the slower cyl<strong>in</strong>der<br />
rotate with a peripheral speed<br />
three times higher compared to the<br />
surface of the smooth cyl<strong>in</strong>der,<br />
and impact the clay clod crush<strong>in</strong>g<br />
or eject<strong>in</strong>g them through the<br />
discharg<strong>in</strong>g hopper.<br />

quantità limitata.<br />
Tale azione è espletata tramite due<br />
cil<strong>in</strong>dri ad assi paralleli ed affiancati,<br />
di cui uno munito di coltelli, che ruotano<br />
<strong>in</strong> senso opposto a velocità<br />
diverse.<br />
Le lame del cil<strong>in</strong>dro piccolo girano<br />
ad una velocità periferica pari a<br />
circa tre volte quella dei punti della<br />
superficie del cil<strong>in</strong>dro liscio ed <strong>in</strong>cidono<br />
la superficie delle zolle fratturandole<br />
o proiettandole con velocità<br />
allo scarico.<br />
