Double shaft screen mixers
The double shaft screen mixers,
besides having the typical functions
of the double shaft mixers, filter the
raw materials separating stones,
roots and other inclusions of any
type.
This is possible through the action of
two paddle shafts, equipped with a
set of augers in the final part, which
rotate in an high capacity trough
containing the material.
The clay, moving from the feeding
zone towards the machine unload,
at first undergoes an action of watering
and mixing in the zone where
the paddles work, then, is compelled
by the augers rotation to draw by a
grid which avoids the passage of
foreign matters with dimensions
bigger than the links which constitute
the same grid.
The double shaft screen mixers are
available with mixing trough lengths
from 2500 up to 3700 mm, paddles
and augers diameters from 420 up to
860 mm for throughputs of approx.
15–130 m 3 /h.
Mescolatori filtri
I mescolatori bagnatori filtri, oltre a
svolgere le funzioni proprie dei mescolatori
bagnatori, filtrano la materia
prima separando sassi, radici e corpi
estranei di qualsiasi genere.
Ciò avviene grazie all’azione di due
alberi a pale, dotati nella parte terminale
di una serie di eliche, che
ruotano in un’ampia conca in cui è
contenuto il materiale.
Quest’ultimo, nel suo avanzamento
dalla zona di alimentazione verso
quella di scarico della macchina,
prima subisce l’azione di bagnatura
e miscelazione, nella zona dove
operano le pale, poi è costretto,
dalla rotazione delle eliche, a trafilare
attraverso una griglia che impedisce
il passaggio dei corpi estranei
di dimensioni superiori a quelle delle
maglie costituenti la griglia stessa.
I mescolatori bagnatori filtri sono
disponibili con lunghezze delle conche
di miscelazione da 2500 fino a
3700 mm, diametri pale ed eliche da
420 fino a 860 mm e produttività da
15 fino a 130 m 3 /h.
