CARATTERISTICHE DEL PRODOTTO:
Sono prodotti in ottone, nichelati successivamente per conferire una
migliore resistenza alle avverse condizioni ambientali in cui verranno
utilizzati.
Il collegamento raccordo-tubo flessibile avviene mediante una virola
che si avvita all’interno del tubo garantendo una elevata resistenza
alla trazione e la continuità elettrica prevista dalle norme CEI. Una
boccola in nylon di forma troncoconica assicura il bloccaggio esterno
del tubo flessibile garantendo una tenuta stagna IP67 (Relazione IMQ
n°1381).
Per assecondare le esigenze di installazione vengono prodotti nelle
versioni: maschio fisso, maschio girevole e femmina fissa.
Le filettature proposte sono: Metrico ISO in conformità con le norme
CEI EN 60423 (IEC60423), GAS cilindrico UNI ISO 228, GAS conico
ISO 7/1 (ex UNI339), PG secondo DIN 40430, e con filettatura NP
ANSI B2.1.
La particolare cura nell’esecuzione di questi raccordi assicura un perfetto
infilaggio dei cavi senza rischio di danneggiamento del rivestimento.

CHARACTERISTICS:
Made of brass which is then nickel plated in order to improve resistance to
the harsh environmental conditions in which they are to be used.
The connector is coupled to the flexible conduit by means of a base that is
screwed into the conduit in order to guarantee both high levels of resistance
against traction and electrical continuity as required by CEI standards. The
external locking of the flexible conduit is ensured by a nylon truncated conical
shaped bushing that guarantees an IP 67 rating water tightness (IMQ Report
n°1381) To cope with different installation requirements, the following types
are produced: fixed male, swivelling male and fixed female.
Suggested threads are: ISO metric in compliance with CEI EN 60423
thread.
The particular care and attention that goes into producing these connectors
ensures a perfect fitting of cables without any risk of coating damage.
