ll corso si propone <strong>di</strong> fornire conoscenze e strumenti analitici sui seguenti aspetti: a) organizzazione e comportamento dell’impresa; b) analisi<br />
economico-finanziaria della gestione aziendale; c) <strong>di</strong>namiche <strong>di</strong> mercato e strategie competitive<br />
Programma<br />
Il corso è <strong>di</strong>viso in tre parti.<br />
a) Organizzazione e comportamento dell’impresa.<br />
Concetti <strong>di</strong> base della microeconomia: mercato, prezzi e costi; forme istituzionali e strutture organizzative dell’impresa; economie <strong>di</strong> scala e <strong>di</strong><br />
scopo; integrazione verticale.<br />
b) Aspetto economico-finanziario della gestione aziendale. Bilancio d'esercizio: struttura e analisi. Rischio e informazione imperfetta. Scelte <strong>di</strong><br />
portafoglio e coso opportunità del capitale. Meto<strong>di</strong> <strong>di</strong> valutazione delle decisioni <strong>di</strong> investimento.<br />
c) Dinamiche <strong>di</strong> mercato e strategie competitive.<br />
Forme <strong>di</strong> mercato e concorrenza: concorrenza perfetta, monopolio, concorrenza imperfetta, oligopolio. I prodotti informativi <strong>di</strong>gitalizzati.<br />
Imprese e mercati dei prodotti <strong>di</strong>gitalizzati.<br />
Modalità d'esame<br />
L’esame si articola in una prova scritta e una prova orale.<br />

Aims<br />

The main aim of the course is to provide students with the basic knowledge and analytical tools about the following topics: a) organization and<br />
behaviour of firms; b) financial analysis and capital budgeting; c) market structure and competition<br />
Topics<br />
The course is organized in three parts:<br />
- Organization and behaviour of firms: basic concepts of microeconomics (cost functions, markets, prices); firms’ institutional and<br />
organizational forms; scale and scope economies.<br />
- Principles of accounting; financial analysis; capital budgeting<br />
- Market structures: perfect competition, monopoly, imperfect competition, oligopoly; industry analysis. Economics of information and <strong>di</strong>gital<br />
products.<br />
Exam<br />
The exam is based on a written and an oral part.<br />
