MARINA YACHT
A Portopiccolo il piacere dell’abitare si coniuga
con il piacere di vivere il mare. Il suo porto è
ormeggio sicuro per imbarcazioni di varie
dimensioni. Sono 120 i posti barca: tutti
dispongono dei servizi e delle attrezzature
nautiche che i diportisti, anche quelli più
esperti ed esigenti, richiedono. La banchina è
dotata di ogni comodità e di ogni funzionalità.
Lo Yacht Club di Portopiccolo è dedicato non
solo ai possessori di barca ma anche a chi, non
avendola in porto, ama le passioni del mare:
la sua Club House è un centro di sodalizio,
di cultura, di attività sociali e ricreative.
A disposizione dei clienti c’è anche un servizio
charter che offre la possibilità di noleggiare
dalla piccola imbarcazione allo yacht completi di
personale di bordo per rotte e crociere da sogno.

functionality. The Yacht Club of Portopiccolo
is dedicated not only to boat owners, but also
to guests who, despite not having a boat at
berth, share a real passion for sea life: the Club
House is place for meeting people, and also
hosts cultural, social and leisure activities.
Guests can also take advantage of the Club’s
charter service, offering various solutions,
ranging from small boats to yachts with
on-board crew for amazing routes or cruises.

steht aber nicht nur denen offen, die mit ihrem
Boot Ferien machen, sondern auch denen, die
ihr Boot vielleicht nicht im Hafen liegen haben,
aber die Leidenschaft für das Meer zutiefst
fühlen. Im Clubhaus trifft man sich, es ist ein
Ort der gesellschaftlichen Ereignisse, für
Freizeit, Erholung und Kultur. Für unsere
Gäste steht außerdem ein Charter-Dienst zur
Verfügung, d.h. es besteht die Möglichkeit,
vom kleinsten Boot bis hin zur Yacht ein Boot
zu mieten, mit Bordpersonal, das die Routen,
für traumhafte Kreuzfahrten, kennt.

Garage e posti auto come tutta la viabilità,
completamente interrata, non disturbano la
quiete e la serenità di abitanti e ospiti. L’area
pubblica, dedicata a visitatori e videosorvegliata,
comprende numerosi posti auto di ampio stallo
che completano la disponibilità data dai garage
privati pertinenziali di cui dispongono i residenti.
Due checkpoint attivi 24 ore su 24 accolgono
gli ospiti dei proprietari e i visitatori e gestiscono
la logistica dei posti auto. Due ampie aree
limitrofe a Portopiccolo completano il servizio
parcheggio, servite dal trasporto navetta
gratuito direttamente all’interno del complesso.
Anche il muoversi all’interno di Portopiccolo è
facile e comodo: l’intervento è stato progettato
con romantiche passeggiate e ascensori inclinati
che collegano i diversi livelli del complesso per
raggiungere con facilità le principali aree del borgo.

to residents’ housing units. Two checkpoints
operate 24/7 to welcome owners’ guests and
visitors and manage parking logistics. Two wide
neighbouring areas connected to the very
heart of Portopiccolo by a free shuttle service
also help covering parking needs. Moving
inside Portopiccolo is easy and rational:
outdoor spaces have been designed resorting
to romantic promenades and inclined lifts
connecting the different levels of the residential
complex to provide easy access to the main
areas of the village.

Komplexes miteinander verbinden, so dass
