Le startup comincianoa funzionare meglio, comincianoa fatturare cifre sensateper il primo anno.Cosa dobbiamo fare permigliorare nel 2015?Non era facile fare male nel2014. Nel 2015 sicuramente gliinvestitori devono cominciare afare meglio il loro mestiere. Oggic’è un buco pazzesco nella fasciadi investimento tra i 250 milaeuro e un milione. Non c’è nulla.Quindi gli investitori devonoconcentrarsi in questa fascia,senza creare nuovi acceleratori.Oggi in italia investitori chefanno investimenti nella fasciaprima sono tanti. Ce ne sonoalmeno 10-15 da 20 investimentil’anno. Evitiamo di costruirenuovi acceleratori, è inutile sinoa quando ci saranno limitatepossibilità di follow up roundsignificativi, c’è una fascia vuota.Fare gli investitori non è soltantomettere soldi, ma aiutare le startupa fare business development.Le startup, d’altra parte, devonosmettere di lamentarsi. Serve uncambio di mentalità focalizzatasu numeri e risultati.La culturadella scusa “questo non si puòfare” deve finire”. Le startupdevono smetterla di nascondersidietro la realtà italiana e pensare.44
