SURFACES New

SURFACES New anti-fingerprint texture for faced boards Wood and stone finishes now available for horizontal applications Laminate manufacturer RESOPAL expands its RESOPAL Traceless anti-fingerprint collection to include a new texture: with Traceless Faced Board (TB), RESOPAL now offers an anti-fingerprint solution for faced boards. A total of six decors in two designs are available. Customers can get Traceless Faced Boards with the same decor on the front and back of the board as a premium solution, e.g. for open shelving or pieces of furniture. In addition, this product is also available with a non-decorative backing for uses in which the back of the board is not visible. For its new texture, RESOPAL uses an especially innovative substrate with a MDF layer on both sides. Among other features, this allows for higher impact-resistance and screw pull-out strength, and an increased load-bearing capacity compared to conventional chipboard. “We are thrilled that we can now offer customers an anti-fingerprint solution for faced boards. Anti-fingerprint textures are becoming more and more important for upscale interior design. RESOPAL offers a variety that is unique in this market,” says Vanessa Hörmann von Hörbach, brand manager at RESOPAL. Focus on matching decor Traceless Faced Board is also a part of RESOPAL’s decor match collection (RESOPAL Coordinated Surfaces), which gives architects and interior designers a huge variety of decor-surface combinations for HPL and faced boards. Many of the collection’s decors are also available as doors, compact boards, bonded boards or wet room elements. This collection also wins over customers with great off-the-shelf availability and a selection of substrates. An overview of RESOPAL ® TRACELESS RESOPAL’s anti-fingerprint collection includes a total of four textures and 40 decors. • The Traceless (TL) matt texture and Traceless Smooth (TS) silky-matt texture are optimised for vertical application. These are especially well suited for areas subject to less wear that are designed to create a high-quality visual impact. • Traceless Premium (TP): This luxuriously matt texture features an especially soft feel, is resistant to dirt and fingerprints, and is also suitable for horizontal applications thanks to its high resistance to impact, scratches and wear and tear. • RESOPAL now offers Traceless Faced Board (TB) especially suited for faced boards - featuring the same feel as Traceless Premium (TP). A natural look - also for horizontal application Since autumn 2019, RESOPAL has been one of the first in the market to offer anti-fingerprint textures in wood or stone finishes for horizontal applications. The combination with Traceless Premium (TP) allows for a natural look for tables, bars or counters. Additional wood and stone designs are also available for Traceless TS and TL textures. Premium designs with coloured core Laminate with a coloured core is particularly suitable for the high-quality furnishing of hotels, retail spaces and homes. With its UNITY Designs for the product HPL & Compact Colour, as well as RESOPAL Pure White, RESOPAL offers a wide selection of laminates with coloured core. A total of six of the decor-core combinations offered are also available with Traceless Premium (TP) textures. The perfectly coordinated interplay between coloured core, decor and texture results in a wide range of uses for high-quality designs. www.resopal.de Leave a lasting impression - without fingerprints.
