Cells and Media Human Adult Stem Cells & Media We provide multiple adult stem cells from various Tissues, Tumors, Cord Blood (CB), Peripheral Blood (PB), Bone Marrow (BM) and Fetal Liver. Available are Tissue Stem Cells, Cancer Stem Cells, Mononuclear Cells (MNC), CD34, CD133+ as well as CD34- Stem Cells. The MNCs give you the opportunity to follow your cell isolation strategy. Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) are non-hematopoietic stem cells. MSCs are available from PB, BM, Wharton's Jelly and Adipose Tissue. BM derived MSCs are also available as GFP/RFP tagged cells. For the culture of MSCs we offer FBS containing media as well as a serum-free and xeno-free media. Check out our GMP products for mesenchymal stem cells (enzymes to isolate MSC from adipose tisue, human fibronectin, platelet lysate, recombinant proteins and cyro-media). Working in cell therapy and manufacturing of cell therapy products requires special protocols for clinical use and GMP conditions. GMP validation is an important step for translation of cell therapies from bench to bedside. Human MSC technology is promising a great therapeutic potential. To give you the chance to expand your work on clinical therapies, we offer you the possibility to get GMP produced cells.
