Heinlein, American Science fiction writer Dear Scientist, Extracellular vesicles (EV) are the lipid-bound nano particles which are secreted by cells which act as key mediators of many physiological processes (L.M Doyle et al. 2019). EVs are the mediators of cell to cell communication by transporting different lipids, proteins and nucleic acids to recepient cells. EVs secreted by cancer cells promote cell growth and survival which may help in progression of invasive and metastatic activity.(W. H Chang et al., 2021). There has been a lot of research which shows prospects of EVs as modern drug delivery vehicles and as next generation therapeutics, though there still is a lot of criticism (I.
