Species arctissime approximat ad L. Capensem (Áfricas australis),<br />

ad L. dilatatam (America? borealis) et aliquotenus ad L. pyxidariam<br />

(Europas australis).<br />

Lindernia clausa (Vandellia clausa, F. M. in Tr. Ph. Inst. Vict.<br />

i. 60) est terras Arnhemicas civis.<br />

Lindernia scapigera (Br. Pr. 441 ; Vandellia lobelioides, F. M.<br />

in Tr. Phil. Inst. Vict. i. 61) crescit ad flumen Victorias.<br />

Lindernia subulata (Br. Pr. 441 ; Vandellia subulata, Benth.<br />

montibus Grampians ad Mount Mitchell ; adscendit ad altitudinem<br />

4000'. Folia opaca, raro perfecte serrata, rarissime ternata, inter-<br />

dum semilanceolata basi rotundata.<br />
