As a practicing Adjudicator Alan has beeninvolved in close to 100 adjudicati<strong>on</strong>s either as Adjudicator or asParty Representative. Alan is also a practicinginternati<strong>on</strong>al Arbitrator and is a committee member of the Society ofC<strong>on</strong>structi<strong>on</strong> Law (Gulf).Sr Amran Bin Mohd MajidAmran bin Mohd Majid graduated with a B.Sc. (H<strong>on</strong>s) QuantitySurveying from Liverpool Polytechnic, United Kingdom. He then satand passed the professi<strong>on</strong>al examinati<strong>on</strong> of Test in Professi<strong>on</strong>alCompetence (TPC) jointly organized by the Board of QuantitySurveyors Malaysia and the Instituti<strong>on</strong> of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM).He was duly admitted as a Registered Quantity Surveyors (Reg.Q.S.) as well as a Member of ISM (MISM) [where he was laterelected as a Fellow of the ISM (FISM)].He then pursued his studies in the field of law, part time, wherehe managed to graduate with a B. Jurisprudence [External] (ExternalLaw Degree) from University of Malaya. He also sat and passed theCertificate in Legal Practice (CLP) examinati<strong>on</strong>s.He later pursued his post graduate studies in the field of projectmanagement, part time, where he managed to graduate with a M.Sc.Project Management from University Science Malaysia, PulauPinang.
