CONTRACT TERM:<br />

The term shall commence July 1, 2012 and continue through April 12, 2016.<br />

RECOMMENDATION:<br />

It is the recommendation of Michael Connors, Director of Transportation Services and Cheryl Olson, Director of<br />

Purchasing and Warehouse Services to utilize National Joint Powers Alliance Request for Proposal #031212 for<br />

the provision of auto truck parts with related auto and truck equipment, accessories, supplies and services until<br />

April 12, 2016 with the option for a one year renewal. The pricing discount from the catalog awarded ranges from<br />

0% to 73% on the entire line of parts, manuals, tools, and supplies. A complete list of the specific pricing discount<br />

is available upon request from the Purchasing Office. Request authority for the Director of Purchasing and<br />

Warehouse Services to renew the contract for one additional one year period. Contract renewal shall be<br />

contingent upon the recommendation of the Director of Transportation Services request for continuation of<br />

services and annual contract review.<br />
