AnnotationIn this work the author has collected and compared the information that is available about thesatellites. The author interviewed young people and learned their opinion about them. In the work thereis written about the history of the satellites, and their types and orbits, and is mentioned about Latvianfirst satellite - "Venta-1". There also is summarized information about questionnaire and the author'scomments about answers of respondents. In conclusion, the fact that young people know something andsome just anticipant about the satellites, the author has developed a short training and testing, whichwill be able to gain new knowledge and examine them. A short training and test can be found in theaddition.The work consists of parts of the theory and research. Can be used for physics and computerlessons to expand young people knowledge and to create a concept about the satellites. The topic todayis a very urgent and very rapidly evolves. Ordinary people about this topic are low informed anddoesn’t know much about it. Therefore aim of author’s work is to educate people about the satellites.3
