VEREISTES<br />

• Graad 12<br />

• 5 - 8 Jaar toepaslike ondervinding in Behuising<br />

• Kode EB Bestuurderslisensie<br />

• Rekenaargeletterdheid<br />

• Beskik oor nodige bestuursvaardighede<br />

• Moet nodige kennis van Munisipale Beleid en relevante wetgewing hê<br />

PLIGTE<br />

• Ontwikkeling van Geïntegreerde menslike nedersettings deur middel van verskeie Nasionale<br />

Behuisingsprogramme deur die fasilitering van die voorsiening van GAP behuising, die<br />

fasilitering van die voorsiening van maatskaplike behuising, die fasilitering van die<br />

voorsiening CRU Behuising en die fasilitering van die verskaffing van Solar Energy.<br />

• Bestuur Voorsieningskanaal prosesse<br />

• Bestuur en koördineer Akkreditering van <strong>George</strong> Munisipaliteit as Behuising Owerheid.<br />

• Verantwoordelik vir die samestelling en bestuur van 'n Behuising Akkreditasie Eenheid.<br />

• Fasiliteer aansoeke om befondsing van Menslike Nedersetting programme<br />

• Kontrakbestuur<br />

• Beplanning, implementering en monitering van spesiale menslike vestiging van projekte.<br />

REQUIREM<strong>EN</strong>TS<br />

• Grade 12<br />

• 5 - 8 Years relevant experience in Housing<br />

• Code EB Drivers License<br />

• Computer Literacy<br />

• Must have the required management skills<br />

• Knowledge of Municipal Policies and relevant Legislations<br />

• The ability to communicate in at least two of the three official languages of the Western<br />

Cape.<br />

• Must have good interpersonal and communication skills<br />

• Ability to deal with conflict<br />

• Must have own transport<br />

DUTIES<br />

• To develop integrated human settlements through various National Housing<br />

programmes, facilitate the provision of Gap Housing, Social Housing and CRU Housing,<br />

facilitate the provision of Solar Energy.<br />

• Manage procurement of projects in terms of the Supply Chain policy, regulations and<br />

other relevant legislation<br />

• Manage and coordinate Accreditation of <strong>George</strong> Municipality as Housing Authority.<br />

• Responsible for the establishment and management of a Housing Accreditation Unit.<br />

• Facilitate funding applications for all relevant Human Settlement programs<br />

• Contract management<br />

• Planning, Implementation and Monitoring of special human settlement of projects.<br />
