2. GERECHTELIJK RECHT – Algemeen
Burgerlijk procesrecht
Reeks In hoofdlijnen
K. Wagner
blijven dus buiten beschouwing.
Gerechtelijk wetboek
17de uitgave
Reeks Maklu Wetboekpockets
S. Svacina (red.)
978-90-466-0399-4 | 2010 | 770 p. gebrocheerd | € 24,95
Handbook Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
M. Gramatikov (ed.)
978-90-466-0473-1 | 2012 | ca 100 p. gebrocheerd | ca 22 euro
Online dispute resolution (ODR) developed out of alternative
dispute resolution (ADR), and describes an array of dispute
resolution techniques which are outside the courts and utilise
information and communication technologies (ICT), and the
Internet in particular. By examining the underlying ADR
technique, the extent of ICT use, the involvement of outside
parties and the accessibility of the service, it should be possible
to categorise and contrast individual cases of ODR.
A Handbook for measuring the costs and
quality of access to justice
M. Gramatikov, M. Barendrecht, M. Laxminaryan,
J. Ho Verdonschot, L. Klaming & C. van Zeeland
978-90-466-0312-3 | 2010 | 94 p. gebrocheerd | € 20,00
In this Handbook the reader finds practical information
on the use of a methodology for measuring
the cost and quality of paths to justice from
the perspective of users. How do clients of justice
systems like the way they can voice their needs
and concerns? Do they feel they received sufficient
information about the procedure? Do they think the
outcome was fair and did it help to solve their problem? Do
they think the procedure was value for money? How much
time did they spend? This methodology aims to provide answers
to such questions so that citizens using the justice system
can voice their needs and providers of justice services
can improve their processes.
