Hiermee onderstreept hij de goede vorm waarin hij de laatste tijd
verkeert, wat al bleek uit het aantal top-tien noteringen die hij dit
seizoen behaalde. Joost is de vierde Nederlander die een toernooi op
de European Tour wint na Rolf Muntz, Maarten Lafeber en Robert-Jan
Derksen (twee maal).
Een fantastische prestatie. Met deze overwinning plaatste hij zich als
18 e in The Race to Dubai, het zeer lucratieve toernooi dat aan het einde
van het jaar zal plaatsvinden. Wie weet doet hij daar nog van zich
