Increasingthe receptive language of our students through the implementation ofCore Vocabulary and assessing our students using the ABLLS-R(Assessment of Basic Language and Learning Skills Revised) continue tobe our goals.As part of our Parental Engagement initiative, we would like to offer aparent workshop on Core Vocabulary. This workshop will be delivered bySpeech Language Pathologist, Brenda Oleszko. Through this workshop,parents/guardians will learn how to model and use core vocabulary. Weare looking at offering this workshop from either 1:00 to 2:00 p.m., or 6:00to 7:00 p.m., date yet to be determined.
