The University of Tartu Secondment Rules (hereinafter ‘these rules’) govern the secondmentof persons performing work for the university under an employment contract (hereinafter‘employees’), the planning of and arrangements for secondments, the reporting on secondmentsand the imbursement of secondment expenses.
