Har du glemt oss Vi mangler fremdeles underskrifter!
Du har tidligere mottatt brev fra Husbanken der vi ber deg og andre voksne i husstanden din om å
skrive under på at du/dere samtykker til at Husbanken kan innhente, lagre og bruke
personopplysninger. Du mottar nå denne purringen fordi det fremdeles mangler underskrift fra en eller
flere i husstanden din.
For å få bostøtte må du sende inn skjemaet innen 1. februar
I skjemaet som er vedlagt, har vi listet opp dem vi mangler underskrift fra. Alle som står på skjemaet,
må underskrive. Skriv under i det hvite feltet etter navnet. Send inn skjemaet i vedlagte svarkonvolutt
snarest mulig. Du må ikke skrive andre ting på skjemaet eller legge ved andre dokumenter i
konvolutten.
Hvis vi ikke mottar de manglende underskriftene innen fristen, kan vi ikke behandle bostøttesøknaden
din for februar. Du får da et vedtak om avslag i mars.
Har du levert skjemaet eller fått unntak fra regelen
I noen tilfeller kan du se bort fra denne purringen. Det gjelder dersom du
har sendt inn svarkonvolutt med skjemaet en av de siste dagene
har sendt skjemaet til kommunen
har fått unntak fra regelen om samtykke for noen i husstanden din
Hvis du tidligere har sendt inn et skjema der underskriften står i feil felt eller du har sendt inn en kopi
av skjemaet, så har det ikke vært mulig å lese skjemaet ditt maskinelt. Underskriften/e som er gitt, er
da ikke registrert. For å være sikker på at alt er i orden i din sak, så kan du sende inn skjemaet på
nytt.

Have you forgotten about us We still need some signatures!
You previously received a letter from the Housing Bank asking you and other adults in your household
to consent to the Housing Bank collecting, storing and using your personal data. You are receiving
this reminder now because we still do not have the signatures of one or more members of your
household.
In order to receive a housing allowance, you must return the
form by 1 February
In the enclosed form, we have listed the people whose signatures we need. All of the people listed on
the form must sign in the blank spaces after their names. Please submit the form in the enclosed reply
envelope as soon as possible. You must not write anything else on the form, and don’t enclose any
other documents in the envelope.
If we do not receive the missing signatures within the deadline, we will be unable to process your
housing allowance application for February. You will then be informed in March that your application
has been rejected.
Have your already submitted your form, or are you covered by an exception to the
rules
In some cases you can ignore this reminder. This applies if:
you have sent the form to us in the reply envelope in the last few days
you have sent the form to your local municipality
you have been granted an exception from the rule on consent for someone in your household
If you already submitted a form, but your signature was in the wrong field or you only sent in a copy of
the form, then it was impossible to read your form electronically. In that case, any signature(s) on the
form were not recorded. To make sure that your application can be processed properly, please submit
the form again.

Samtykke til behandling av søknad om bostøtte
Alle i husstanden som er over eller blir 18 år før 1. mars 2013, må underskrive i skjemaet. Hvis noen som står
oppført i skjemaet, har flyttet, skal du sende inn skjemaet uten hans/hennes underskrift. Du må da i tillegg ta
kontakt med kommunen og få slettet ham/henne fra søknaden din.
Hvis du bor sammen med noen over 18 år som ikke er oppført i dette skjemaet, må du melde fra om det til
kommunen.
Når du skriver under, gjør du følgende:
g DU SAMTYKKER i at Husbanken kan bruke og
kontrollere opplysningene om deg fra søknaden, også
de som er taushetsbelagte.
g DU GODKJENNER at Husbanken/kommunen kan
innhente, lagre og bruke opplysninger om deg fra
folkeregisteret (adresse og husstandsmedlemmer),
Skatteetaten (inntekt, formue, ligningsverdi av egen
bolig, minstefradrag), NAV (ytelse og beløp),
Innovasjon Norge (boliglån), Husbanken (boliglån) og
kommunen (husleie i enkelte kommuner). De fleste
opplysningene henter vi inn hver måned.
g DU GODKJENNER at Husbanken hvert år kan
etterkontrollere inntektsgrunnlaget som vi har brukt i
beregningen av bostøtte.
Dette bør du vite:
g Alle som behandler søknaden din, følger reglene for
taushetsplikt.
g Opplysningene dine vil bli lagret også etter at
kundeforholdet er opphørt. Grunnen til det er at
Husbanken har plikt til å arkivere sakene sine.
g Du kan be om å få se opplysningene Husbanken har
registrert om deg. Da må du sende en skriftlig henvendelse
til Husbanken, Postboks 1404, 8002 Bodø.
g Du kan kreve Du kan kreve at Husbanken retter
opplysninger som er feil.
g Husbanken rapporterer hva du får i bostøtte, til
andre offentlige organer som kommunen, NAV,
Statistisk sentralbyrå og Skatteetaten (selv om
bostøtte ikke er skattepliktig).
g Husbanken kan kreve penger tilbake hvis du har fått
for mye bostøtte.

Consent to the processing of your housing allowance application
Everyone in the household who will be over the age of 18 by 1 March 2013 must sign this form. If someone who is
listed on the form has moved, you should submit the form without his or her signature. In that case, you must also
contact your local municipality in order to get the person removed from your application.
If you live with anyone over the age of 18 who is not listed on this form, you must inform your local municipality.
By signing, you do the following:
g YOU CONSENT to the Housing Bank using and
checking the information about you in your application,
including the confidential information.
g YOU AGREE that the Housing Bank/the municipality
can obtain, store and use information about you taken
from the National Population Register (address and
household members), the Norwegian Tax
Administration (income, wealth, tax assessment value
of any home owned by you, basic allowance), NAV
(any benefits and the amounts received),
Innovation Norway (residential mortgage loans), the
Housing Bank (residential mortgage loans) and your
local municipality (rent in some municipalities). We
collect most of this information each month.
g YOU AGREE that each year the Housing Bank can
retrospectively check the income that we have used to
calculate your housing allowance.
What you need to know:
g Everyone who processes your application will follow
the rules on confidentiality.
g Information about you will continue to be stored
even when you are no longer a client of ours. This is
because the Housing Bank has a duty to keep records
of its past activities.
g You can ask to see the information about you that
the Housing Bank holds. You can do that by writing to
Husbanken, Postboks 1404, 8002 Bodø.
g You can demand that the Housing Bank correct any
information that you believe to be inaccurate.
g The Housing Bank reports the amount that you
receive in housing allowance to other authorities such
as your local municipality, NAV, Statistics Norway and
the Norwegian Tax Administration (even though
housing allowance is not taxable).
g The Housing Bank can demand money back from
you if you have received too much housing allowance.
