Have you forgotten about us We still need some signatures!
You previously received a letter from the Housing Bank asking you and other adults in your household
to consent to the Housing Bank collecting, storing and using your personal data. You are receiving
this reminder now because we still do not have the signatures of one or more members of your
household.
In order to receive a housing allowance, you must return the
form by 1 February
In the enclosed form, we have listed the people whose signatures we need. All of the people listed on
the form must sign in the blank spaces after their names. Please submit the form in the enclosed reply
envelope as soon as possible. You must not write anything else on the form, and don’t enclose any
other documents in the envelope.
If we do not receive the missing signatures within the deadline, we will be unable to process your
housing allowance application for February. You will then be informed in March that your application
has been rejected.
Have your already submitted your form, or are you covered by an exception to the
rules
In some cases you can ignore this reminder. This applies if:
you have sent the form to us in the reply envelope in the last few days
you have sent the form to your local municipality
you have been granted an exception from the rule on consent for someone in your household
If you already submitted a form, but your signature was in the wrong field or you only sent in a copy of
the form, then it was impossible to read your form electronically. In that case, any signature(s) on the
form were not recorded. To make sure that your application can be processed properly, please submit
the form again.
