O Freio Hidráulico é do tipo circuito fechado sem fonte de energia.<<strong>br</strong> />
É geralmente ligado a um cilindro pneumático ISO 15552.<<strong>br</strong> />
Consiste em um cilindro cheio de óleo,<strong>com</strong> uma ou mais<<strong>br</strong> />
válvulas para regulagem de fluxo e um tanque de óleo<<strong>br</strong> />
para <strong>com</strong>pensar o aumento de viscosidade do óleo.<<strong>br</strong> />
As seguintes versões estão disponíveis:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Com regulagem no avanço do êmbolo,no retorno ou ambas;<<strong>br</strong> />
• Com válvula SKIP (devagar-rápido), ou parada ou ambos.<<strong>br</strong> />
O nível de óleo no tanque de <strong>com</strong>pensação precisa ser reposto<<strong>br</strong> />
regularmente. Isto deve ser feito quando o óleo alcançar o<<strong>br</strong> />
nível mínimo marcado na vareta. Com a vareta totalmente<<strong>br</strong> />
para fora ela não pode estar a menos que 20 mm da<<strong>br</strong> />
tampa do tanque.Recarregar c/óleo hidráulico COMLUB<<strong>br</strong> />
DEXTRON ATF.Durante os primeiros ciclos, o óleo em<<strong>br</strong> />
excesso é eliminado através de um furinho no tanque.<<strong>br</strong> />

DESCRIÇÃO<<strong>br</strong> />
O freio hidraulico é um circuito fechado sem unidade de força de<<strong>br</strong> />
força.<<strong>br</strong> />
Normalmente vem acoplado a um cilindro pneumatico serie ISO 15552.<<strong>br</strong> />
O freio hidraulico é <strong>com</strong>posto de um cilindro cheio de óleo, reguladode<<strong>br</strong> />
fluxo e um reservatorio para a <strong>com</strong>pensação do gasto de óleo<<strong>br</strong> />
que temos através dos micro-vazamentos que temos.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Versão <strong>com</strong> regulagem no avanço da haste, no retorno ou ambos<<strong>br</strong> />
• Valvula de SKIP (NF/NA) no avanço da haste, no retorno ou ambos<<strong>br</strong> />
• Valvula de STOP (NF/NA) no avanço da haste, no retorno ou ambos<<strong>br</strong> />
• Valvule de SKIP+STOP (NF/NA) no avanço da haste ou no retorno<<strong>br</strong> />
Nos primeiros ciclos de trabalho o óleo em excesso é expulso atraves<<strong>br</strong> />
de um furinho no reservatório.<<strong>br</strong> />
Depois de certo periodo de trabalho,o reservatório de <strong>com</strong>pensação do<<strong>br</strong> />
freio deve ser reabastecido <strong>com</strong> oleo gasto durante o funcionamento<<strong>br</strong> />
A eventual necessidade é indicada pela marca na vareta (pos. 4)<<strong>br</strong> />
que há na mesma (pos. 3): <strong>com</strong> a haste (pos.1) <strong>com</strong>pletamente extendida<<strong>br</strong> />
a marca de nível minimo(pos.4) deve estar sempre, para fora da<<strong>br</strong> />
tampa preta do reservatorio.<<strong>br</strong> />
MANUTENÇÃO<<strong>br</strong> />
Carga de óleo normal<<strong>br</strong> />
• faça avançar toda a haste do cil. (pos.1)<<strong>br</strong> />
• desparafusar a tampa da valvula de abastecimento (pos. 2)<<strong>br</strong> />
• encher o freio <strong>com</strong> óleo hidraulico Comlube DEXRON ATF (ou <strong>com</strong><<strong>br</strong> />
óleo similar) até que a vareta (pos. 3) saia 20 mm da tampa preta<<strong>br</strong> />
do reservatorio<<strong>br</strong> />
• O óleo em excesso será expulso automaticamente nos primeiros ciclos<<strong>br</strong> />
…se o freio ficar sem óleo<<strong>br</strong> />
• posicionar o freio na vertical <strong>com</strong> a haste (pos.1) toda extendida<<strong>br</strong> />
e vire-o para baixo<<strong>br</strong> />
• encher até que <strong>com</strong>eçe a vazar óleo pelofurinho do reservatório<<strong>br</strong> />
• Vire-o novamente para cima durante 30 a 40 minutos para que<<strong>br</strong> />
as bôlhas de ar subam<<strong>br</strong> />
• sangrar o ar agindo no pino da valvula de abastecimento do tipo<<strong>br</strong> />
usada em pneus (pos. 2)<<strong>br</strong> />
• faça recolher a haste e repita a operação 2 a 3 vezes até que a<<strong>br</strong> />
vareta indicadora (pos. 3) saia 20 mm da tampa do reservatorio<<strong>br</strong> />
• O óleo em excesso será expulso automaticamente nos primeiros ciclos<<strong>br</strong> />

DESCRIPTION<<strong>br</strong> />
The hydraulic <strong>br</strong>ake is a closed-loop device without any own source of<<strong>br</strong> />
power.<<strong>br</strong> />
It is normally <strong>com</strong>bined with an ISO 15552 pneumatic cylinder.<<strong>br</strong> />
The hydraulic <strong>br</strong>ake is <strong>com</strong>prised of an oil-filled cylinder, a flow regulation<<strong>br</strong> />
unit and an oil leak <strong>com</strong>pensation tank.<<strong>br</strong> />
The following versions are available:<<strong>br</strong> />
• Version with regulation with piston rod extending, retracting or both<<strong>br</strong> />
• SKIP(NC/NO) valve with piston rod extending, retracting or both<<strong>br</strong> />
• STOP (NC/NO) valve with piston rod extending, retracting or both<<strong>br</strong> />

In the first operating cycles, any excess oil is discharged through a hole<<strong>br</strong> />
in the tank.<<strong>br</strong> />
After a certain time of operation, the <strong>br</strong>ake <strong>com</strong>pensation tank must be<<strong>br</strong> />
topped up with the amount of oil lost during operation.<<strong>br</strong> />
The possible lack is shown by the low level mark (posn. 4) on the dipstick of the<<strong>br</strong> />
tank (posn. 3): with the piston rod (posn. 1) fully extended, the minimum<<strong>br</strong> />
mark on the dipstick must be always ouside the black cap af the tank<<strong>br</strong> />

• Fully retract the piston rod (posn. 1).<<strong>br</strong> />
• Unscrew the knurled cap on the filling valve (posn. 2).<<strong>br</strong> />
• Fill the <strong>br</strong>ake with Comlube DEXRON ATF hydraulic oil (or other<<strong>br</strong> />
<strong>com</strong>patible oil) until the mark on the dipstick (posn. 3) projects 20 mm<<strong>br</strong> />
from the cap of the tank.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Excess oil will be ejected automatically during the first operating cycles.<<strong>br</strong> />
If the <strong>br</strong>ake runs out of oil<<strong>br</strong> />
• Position the <strong>br</strong>ake vertically, with the piston rod (posn. 1) fully extracted<<strong>br</strong> />
and facing downwards.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Fill until oil starts to <strong>com</strong>e out of the hole in the tank.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Wait 30-40 minutes to allow the bubbles of air to rise.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Release air by pressing on the ball of the filling valve with a pin (posn. 2).<<strong>br</strong> />
• Retract the piston rod and repeat the operation 2 or 3 times, until the<<strong>br</strong> />
dipstick (posn. 3) projects 20 mm from the tank cap.<<strong>br</strong> />
• Excess oil will be ejected automatically during the first operating cycles.<<strong>br</strong> />
Only the following grades of oil must be used for filling or topping up:<<strong>br</strong> />
