Chef Alex Caputo Ingredientes Sopa de Lentilhas 2 colheres de sopa de óleo 500g de lentilhas lavadas e escorridas 1 cebola grande em cubinhos 1 litro de água 1 talo de alho-poró em rodelas finas 1 folha de louro 2 talos de salsão em cubinhos 350g de lombo defumado em fatias finas 1 cenoura grande em cubinhos 2 colheres de sopa de salsinha 1 dente de alho picado Modo de Preparo Em uma panela média, aqueça o óleo, acrescente a cebola, o alho-poró, o salsão, a cenoura, uma pitada de sal e espere murchar. Acrescente o alho e aguarde perfumar. Adicione as lentilhas e cubra com água. Abaixe o fogo quando ferver. Descarte a espuma que subir. Acrescente o louro, o lombo e mantenha a sopa no fogo por aproximadamente mais 45 minutos até que as lentilhas estejam bem macias. Ajuste o sal, acrescente a salsinha e sirva. 30
