não havendo, portanto, testes diagnósticos confirmatórios<br />
tanto in vivo quanto in vitro 23 . Quando não existe terapêutica<br />
alternativa em portadores <strong>de</strong> alergia à sulfonamidas,<br />
principamente, em pacientes com HIV-AIDS on<strong>de</strong> ela é<br />
muito mais prevalente, justifica-se o emprego cuidadoso<br />
dos vários protocolos <strong>de</strong> <strong>de</strong>ssensibilização padronizados,<br />
sempre em ambiente hospitalar dotado <strong>de</strong> UTI, e com a<br />
supervisão atenta do alergista especializado e experiente 24 .<br />
