What do I look for in a shot?
Connection. Embracing. Humanity in its full force.
I usually take hundreds of shots of a situation... really fast, moving around the subjects intensively... But I
do feel... under my skin... when the real connection is made. I feel a strong energy discharge...
This is what makes me feel alive in the creative path... what comes in the "net" should surprise me, and
teach me about my inner self and my unconscious
My work in Africa will result in a book named ALMA (meaning SOUL)
My next move will be called something around "FOR THOSE WHO PRAY FOR US".
I will be heading to the Himalayas very soon, I hope to immerse myself in the monasteries... in discipline,
in faith...
Re woman working with child:
This place is called a LAVRA.
It is her piece of land, where she works and from where she earns her living. What was most amazing was
that she WAS SO PROUD OF HER DAUGHTER AND HER LAND, SHE WAS EXHIBITING HER POWER AND
FORTUNE TO ME.
She was the representation of the WOMEN 'S POWER ON EARTH.
