SUMMARY<br />

The formulation of a logistic support allowing the <strong>de</strong>velopment of<br />

investigations in the specific fields of the forage-primary consumers (animals)main<br />

consumers (humans) chain, required the <strong>de</strong>velopment of a database. The<br />

database is structured by each link of the food chain and the data will be used in<br />

future investigations as analysis and comparison element for the <strong>de</strong>velopment of<br />

software for the record and monitoring of lipid disor<strong>de</strong>rs in the subjects<br />

consuming normolipid food.<br />
