INSOLVENTA-si a garantilor obligati <strong>in</strong> solidar ROTARIU IULIA RALUCA (CNP-2810530226731) si<br />

ROTARIU NICOLAIE MIRCEA (CNP - 1781209221190) ambii cu domiciliul <strong>in</strong> Mun. Iasi, str. Ciurchi,<br />

nr.111, bl. F3, sc. A, et. 2, ap. 1, Jud.Iasi, datoreaza creditoarei PROCREDITBANK S.A. Suc. Iasi,<br />

suma <strong>de</strong> 236.144,67 lei (reprezentand pr<strong>in</strong>cipal, dobanzi, penalitati si cheltuieli prilejuite <strong>de</strong> executare),<br />

precum si toate cheltuielile <strong>de</strong> executare ce se vor calcula p<strong>in</strong>a la data achitarii <strong>in</strong>tegrale a <strong>de</strong>bitului,<br />

Vazand ca la data <strong>de</strong> 22.09.2010 s-a emis Somatia nr.10095, luandu-se masura <strong>in</strong>scrierii acesteia la<br />

OCPI Iasi conf. Incheierii nr. 79513/27.09.2010 si fi<strong>in</strong>dca <strong>de</strong>bitorul nu a achitat creditoarei <strong>de</strong>bitul <strong>in</strong> termenul fixat<br />

<strong>in</strong> somatie,<br />

Pr<strong>in</strong> prezenta Publicatie <strong>de</strong> Vanzare se aduce la cunost<strong>in</strong>ta publica faptul ca <strong>in</strong> ziua <strong>de</strong><br />

10.08.2011, orele 12.00, va avea loc la sediul PROCREDITBANK S.A. d<strong>in</strong> Iasi, Sos. Pacurari, nr. 23,<br />

jud. Iasi, vanzarea la licitatie publica a imobilului situat <strong>in</strong> extravilanul com. Dumesti, jud. Iasi,<br />

constituit d<strong>in</strong> suparafata <strong>de</strong> 9.970 mp teren, format d<strong>in</strong> parcela 1F cu suprafata <strong>de</strong> 6.414 mp,<br />

parcela 2HR cu suprafata <strong>de</strong> 129 mp, parcela 3F cu suprafata <strong>de</strong> 2.326 mp, parcela 4HR cu<br />

suprafata <strong>de</strong> 165 mp, parcela 5HR cu suprafata <strong>de</strong> 248 mp, parcela 6F cu suprafata <strong>de</strong> 688 mp,<br />

avand numar cadastral 762, <strong>in</strong>tabulat <strong>in</strong> Cartea Funciara nr. 60098 a Com. Dumesti, proprietatea<br />

garantului ROTARIU NICOLAIE MIRCEA (CNP - 1781209221190).<br />

Pretul <strong>de</strong> evaluare este <strong>de</strong> 257717 lei(echivalentul a 59820 euro), conform Raportului <strong>de</strong><br />

Evaluare d<strong>in</strong> noiembrie 2011, <strong>in</strong>tocmit <strong>de</strong> catre Gusat Marian, expert evaluator ANEVAR, posesor al<br />

legitimatiei si parafei nr. 5593.<br />

Pretul <strong>de</strong> pornire al licitatiei este <strong>de</strong> 193287,75 lei, scazut cu 25%, conform preve<strong>de</strong>rilor<br />

Codului <strong>de</strong> procedura civila.<br />

Imobilul ce face obiectul prezentei licitatii prez<strong>in</strong>ta urmatoarele sarc<strong>in</strong>i:<br />

1. Drept <strong>de</strong> Ipoteca <strong>in</strong> favoarea SC <strong>ProCredit</strong> bank SA, <strong>in</strong>cheiere 26186/07.05.2009;<br />

2. Drept <strong>de</strong> Ipoteca <strong>in</strong> favoarea SC <strong>ProCredit</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> SA, <strong>in</strong>cheiere 73851/10.11.2009;<br />

3. Somatie imobiliara nr. 10093/22.09.2010, <strong>in</strong>cheiere nr. 79509/27.09.2010, <strong>in</strong>scrisa <strong>de</strong><br />

Corpul Executorilor Bancari <strong>in</strong> favoarea Procredit <strong>Bank</strong> S.A. ;<br />

4. Somatie imobiliara nr. 10097/22.09.2010, <strong>in</strong>cheiere nr. 79511/27.09.2010, <strong>in</strong>scrisa <strong>de</strong><br />

Corpul Executorilor Bancari <strong>in</strong> favoarea Procredit <strong>Bank</strong> S.A. ;<br />

5. Somatie imobiliara nr. 10095/22.09.2010, <strong>in</strong>cheiere nr. 79513/27.09.2010, <strong>in</strong>scrisa <strong>de</strong><br />

Corpul Executorilor Bancari <strong>in</strong> favoarea Procredit <strong>Bank</strong> S.A.<br />

Persoanele care doresc sa participe la licitatie vor <strong>de</strong>pune pana la termenul <strong>de</strong> vanzare o<br />

cautiune reprezentand 10% d<strong>in</strong> pretul <strong>de</strong> pornire al licitatiei, pe seama si la dispozitia contului<br />

Corpului Executorilor Bancari al <strong>ProCredit</strong> <strong>Bank</strong> SA-RO30MIRO0000137232240001-, la oricare<br />

casierie <strong>ProCredit</strong> <strong>Bank</strong>, cat si o oferta <strong>de</strong> pret..In cazul <strong>in</strong> care cautiunea este achitata pr<strong>in</strong> op,<br />

transfer bancar sau oricare alta modalitate <strong>de</strong> transfer <strong>in</strong>terbancar, aceasta trebuie achitata cu<br />

m<strong>in</strong>im 3 zile lucratoare anterior datei licitatiei sub sanctiunea nulitatii ofertei licitatorului si<br />

implicit neparticiparea acestuia la licitatie.


Pr<strong>in</strong> prezenta Publicatie <strong>de</strong> Vanzare se aduce la cunost<strong>in</strong>ta publica faptul ca sunt <strong>in</strong>vitati toti<br />

cei ce pret<strong>in</strong>d vreun drept asupra imobilului sa il aduca la cunost<strong>in</strong>ta executorului bancar <strong>in</strong>a<strong>in</strong>te <strong>de</strong> data<br />

stabilita pentru vanzare, sub pe<strong>de</strong>apsa <strong>de</strong> a nu li se mai lua <strong>in</strong> consi<strong>de</strong>rare dupa aceea.<br />

Prezenta publicatie <strong>de</strong> Vanzare va fi afisata si comunicata <strong>in</strong> locurile prevazute <strong>de</strong> dispozitiile<br />

art. 504 al<strong>in</strong>. 3 d<strong>in</strong> Cod <strong>de</strong> procedura civila, <strong>in</strong> data <strong>de</strong> 05.07.2011.<br />
