(54) Device and process for manufacture of
sealed packages (variants)
(57) The invention relates to devices and processes
for manufacture of sealed packages, particularly
to packages containing sealed up goods,
which can be used for removable fixture of the
sealed packages to the conveyer belt.
The device includes packet manufacture
means, a sealing point, the latter contains sealing
jaws, destined for the formation of the transversal
seal on a package preform, with the formation
possibility of the upper and lower edges
of the filled and empty packages. The novelty
consists in that the device contains belt advancing
means for feeding the conveyer continuous
belt in the position, continuous with the sealing
point, and at least, one fixing plate for removable
fixture of each package edge to the conveyer
belt. Sealing of the package edge is carried
out with the help of the sealing jaws. The
filled packages are fixed to the conveyer belt
and can be removed therefrom without damaging
the air-tightness of the packages.
The process includes the following stages:
manufacture of the rough package, formation
of the transverse seal on a package preform,
forming the upper and lower sealing of the filled
package. The novelty consists in that additionally
the filled package is removably fixed to the
conveyer belt, at the same time fixture of the
filled package to the conveyer belt is carried
out simultaneously with the formation of the
upper transverse seal on the filled package.
The result consists in the automation of the process,
in reducing the number of the damaged
goods, simplification of the construction and reduction
of the production costs.

(54) Procedeu de separare a compoziţiei de
fitosteroli din săpun de pulpă, compoziţie de
reducere a nivelului de colesterol şi produs
terapeutic
(57) Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de separare
a compoziţiei de fitosteroli din săpun de pulpă,
care include extragerea din săpun a unui
produs cu consistenţă de cremă utilizând un
amestec cu conţinut de cetonă, selectat din
grupa cu formula generală RCOR 1 , în care R
şi R 1 reprezintă grupe alchilice, o hidrocarbură
alifatică, selectată din hidrocarburile C 5
-C 10
, şi
apă şi care nu conţine alcool, la o temperatură
de 25…150 o C şi purificarea produsului menţionat
cu obţinerea compoziţiei de fitosteroli.
De asemenea, se revendică o compoziţie de
fitosteroli, în care conţinutul total de campesterol
şi stigmasterol constituie, cel puţin, 50%
din cantitatea de β-sitosterol, cu proprietate de
a reduce în serul sângelui concentraţia de
lipoproteină-colesterol cu densitate joasă.
Produsul terapeutic eficient propus pe baza
compoziţiei de fitosteroli poate fi utilizat pentru
prevenirea sau tratamentul dislipidemiei
primare şi secundare şi aterosclerozei.

(54) Process for separating a phytosterol composition
from pulping soap, cholesterol reducing
composition and therapeutic product
(57) The invention relates to a process for separation
of a phytosterol composition from pulping
soap, including extraction from the soap of a
creamy product using a mixture, containing
ketone, selected from the group of general formula
RCOR 1 , wherein R and R 1 are alkyl
groups, an aliphatic hydrocarbon, selected from
C 5
-C 10
, and water, not containing alcohol, at a
temperature of 25…150°C and purification of
the said product with obtaining of the phytosterol
composition.
It is also claimed a phytosterol composition
wherein the campesterol and stigmasterol total
content constitutes at least 50% of the β-sitosterol
content, reducing concentration of the lipoproteincholesterol
of low density into the serum.
