Informatii suplimentare la:www.udi.noAi dreptul <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re <strong>in</strong> <strong>Norvegia</strong> <strong>in</strong> <strong>calitate</strong> <strong>de</strong> solicitant <strong>de</strong> munca timp<strong>de</strong> maxim 6 luni cu conditia sa te <strong>in</strong>registrezi la politie <strong>in</strong> primele 3 luni<strong>de</strong> la sosire.Daca esti <strong>angajat</strong> pro<strong>venit</strong> d<strong>in</strong> Bulgaria sau Romania si nu ai avutdrept <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re <strong>in</strong> <strong>Norvegia</strong> pe perioada ultimelor 12 luni, trebuie saobtii dreptul <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re. Poti <strong>in</strong>cepe munca numai dupa ce solicitareacompleta <strong>in</strong> ve<strong>de</strong>rea dreptului <strong>de</strong> munca s-a <strong>de</strong>pus la politie saureprezentanta autoritatilior <strong>in</strong> stra<strong>in</strong>atate. Conditia pentru acordareadreptul <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re este <strong>de</strong> a avea angajare cu norma completa si unsalar <strong>in</strong> conformitate cu tariful <strong>in</strong> vigoare. Daca nu poti documentarespectarea conditiilor pentru obt<strong>in</strong>erea dreptului <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re, acesta sepoate suspenda.Drept <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re – pentru <strong>angajat</strong>i care nu suntcetateni ai UE/SEE/AELSAngajatii pro<strong>venit</strong>i d<strong>in</strong> tari d<strong>in</strong> afara UE/SEE/AELS, trebuie sa aibadrept <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re <strong>in</strong> <strong>Norvegia</strong>, ceea ce le da dreptul <strong>de</strong> a munci <strong>in</strong> aceastatara. Grupele cele mai importante care pot primi drept <strong>de</strong> se<strong>de</strong>re <strong>in</strong><strong>calitate</strong> <strong>de</strong> <strong>angajat</strong>i sunt muncitorii calificati care vor executa muncicalificate si sezonierii. Se cere sa ai o oferta concreta <strong>de</strong> angajare cunorma completa si salar <strong>in</strong> conformitate cu tariful <strong>in</strong> vigoare.
