The Exterior collection
IN A NATURAL RATTAN COLOR
At Sika-Design our passion for rattan has been with us since the beginning.
Therefore we are extremely proud to present our brand new color
for our Exterior collection.
The color Natural is hand painted on powder coated aluminium frames
and is woven with ArtFibers. This special painting technique makes it
look exactly like real rattan. Unlike real rattan it can be outside all year
without having to be shielded from the weather.
We are also excited to introduce several new models to our Exterior
collection. All models are of course available in the new “Alu Natural”.

Maggie Modules
Our new modular sofa Maggie has endless combination possibilities
and is available with QuickDryFoam cushions or a glass top for table
use. Julian coffee table is now available in size 120 • 120 cm.

The hand painting process
The aluminium frames are powder coated and then hand painted with accuracy.
Every knot is carefully painted and as shown in the video it takes about 5 hours
to paint our Fox chair.

In the woven Exterior collection, Madame Chair is
our latest addition. It has been available in rattan
since 2014, and now also in Alu rattan for outdoor
use. The Madame Chair is designed in 1951 by
Nanna Ditzel.
