About
The story of Gong began in 1999 with the opening of an eclectic home
interiors shop on Portobello Road in London and a few years later a
second boutique was opened on Fulham Road.
Over the years, learning from its experience as a retailer, Gong started
to design its own lighting collections, such as the Silk and the Metal.
It has since established a strong international reputation, working with
architects, interior designers, hotels, restaurants and retailers throughout
the world.
Whilst continuing to develop new collections, such as the Glass and
the Rattan, recent collaborations with inspiring designers have opened
another exciting chapter in the development of Gong.
Passionate about timeless designs, noble materials and expert
craftsmanship, creating elegant atmosphere is what defines Gong.
