Reduction of 15 € per person and day from daily price.

CHILDREN’S RATES:

Apply with at least two full payers in one room.

CHILDREN-FREE WEEKS:

Children up to the age of 6 are onsidered the third

and fourth person on the sofa bed, in the room of

the parents, in the standard rooms free of charge.

You can also book certain rooms as single rooms on

request, see price table (limited quantity).

RESERVATION:

Reservations and cancellations are only valid with written

confirmation from you and the counter confirmation

from us. Please understand that room categories can

be booked, but not specific room numbers or floors.

The invoice must be paid on departure. You can pay in

cash, by EC, or credit card.

DOGS AND PETS:

25 € per night (without food) and cleaning charge of

40 € if necessary, including Andreus dog blanket as a

welcome gift. Only certain rooms and suites are available

for dogs – we therefore require prior booking. Please

understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant

or wellness areas.

TIP: You can bring your dog to the Finkis Stubm at the

Golf Lodge for breakfast and dinner by appointment.

CANCELLATION AND COSTS:

• 8 weeks before booked period: no fee

• 8 to 4 weeks before booked period:

20% of the room price

• 4 weeks to 4 days before booked period:

70% of the room price

• Up to 3 nights before booked period and in the

case of early departure: 100% of the room price.

Cancellation fees also apply if the room is

subsequently fully or partly booked by others.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE:

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation

insurance. This can be booked directly with us for a fee

of 5% of the booking price. Travel cancellation insurance

can only be taken out at the time of booking or up

to 5 days afterwards. Travel cancellation insurance

applies in the case of illness or death of the insured

parties and their relatives.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

Your suite is available on the day of arrival from 3:00 p.m.

Please vacate your room by 11:00 a.m. on the day of

departure.

LATE CHECK-OUT:

to scale. Room and furnishing deviations are possible.

If you are coming from Switzerland or Liechtenstein,

the best way is to drive through the Val Venosta; over

the Passo Resia in the direction of Merano. Follow the

signs Val Passiria to San Martino.

If you are coming from Germany or Austria, then it is

best to drive over the Brennero pass.

From there, you have two options:

1: Drive to Vipiteno, then past the Passio Giovo and

follow to San Martino in Passiria.

2: Take the motorway A22 to Bolzano, then to

Merano and follow the signs Val Passiria to San Martino.

Will you arrive with your own helicopter? Then we ask

you to inform us in advance, as there is a landing and

parking possibility directly at the hotel.
