(54) PROCEDURE AND SYSTEM FOR REGULATING<br />
STEAM DIFFUSIVITY AND VENTILATING OF<br />
MULTI LAYERED FACE WALL AND MULTI<br />
LAYERED ROOF PLANE IN FUNCTION OF<br />
IMPROVING THE ENERGY EFFICIENCY<br />
(57) Invention herewith described refers to the procedure<br />
and the system for regulating the steam diffusivity and<br />
the ventilating of the multi layered face wall and the<br />
multi layered roof plane in function of improving the<br />
energy efficiency contains a novelty that the air layer (1)<br />
in combination with the wavy set single reed (2) is<br />
formed solely between the face structural wall (6) and<br />
the thermal insulation (3) in order to establish the steam<br />
diffusivity of the structural wall (6) and thereby relieve<br />
the steam (10) pressure in the room (11) which<br />
eliminates the effect of “stuffiness” in the room (11).<br />
The process of the air layer (1) ventilating in<br />
combination with the wavy set reed (2) is initiated by the<br />
differences in temperature at the beginning of the air<br />
layer (1) and at the top of the air layer (1), and is<br />
accomplished through the opening (12) for the air intake<br />
and the additional opening (13) for an additional impulse<br />
for the air layer (1) flow and the opening (17) for the air<br />
discharge outside the building. The energy efficiency is<br />
achieved to a great extent with the use of ecological<br />
materials for the system construction, which consumes<br />
no energy for the operation and the maintenance,<br />
increases the stability of the multilayer insulation face<br />
walls and multi-layered roof planes, in summer it<br />
reduces the energy consumption for cooling and in<br />
winter it reduces the energy consumption for heating.<br />
During the construction of the multi-layered facade<br />
simultaneously the air layer (1) is formed in the<br />
combination with the wavy set reed (2) whereat the<br />
wavy set reed (2) is fixed to the face structural wall (6)<br />
and at the same time the satisfactory spacer for setting of<br />
the thermal insulation (3). During the facade finishing<br />
layer setting, there are also formed openings (12) for the<br />
air intake (13) and the additional opening (13) for an<br />
additional air impulse and the opening (17) for the air<br />
discharge outside the building.<br />

(57) AS betonski termo blokovi osnovni su elementi za<br />
izgradnju zidova i tavanica zidanih zgrada velike<br />
energetske, efikasnosti i seizmičke sigurnosti, a suštinu<br />
pronalaska čine; AS blokovi (S1, S2, S3, S4, Z1, Z2, Z3,<br />
Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7 i Z8), AS gredice (MK) i AS punioci<br />
(MP1 i MP2) produkt su AS betona, koji je napravljen u<br />
optimalnoj kombinaciji i interakciji F-agregata, portland<br />
cementa, granulisanog šljunka i vode, tako što AS beton<br />
ima malu gustinu, visoku pritisnu čvrstoću, malu<br />
toplotnu provodljivost i veliku rezistentnost na vodu,<br />
vlagu i so. Ugradnjom AS blokova (SI, S2, S3 i S4)<br />
umogućava se izlivanje armirano betonskih stubova i<br />
vertikalnih serklaža u zidu bez upotrebe oplate, sa njima<br />
se preko cementnog maltera povezuju AS blokovi (Z1,<br />
Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7 i Z8) i tako formiraju noseći<br />
fasadni i unutrašnji zidovi velike krutosti i nosivosti.<br />
Ugradnjom AS gredica (MK) sa pripadajućom<br />
armaturnom gredom (R) i AS punilaca (MP1 i MP2),<br />
preko kojih se izliva AS beton (AB) formira se<br />
plumontažna AS međuspratna ploča. AS stubovi i AS<br />
međuspratna ploča povezuju se sa armirano betonskim<br />
gredama i horizontalnim serklažima od AS betona. Na<br />
taj način gradi se prostorna zidana konstrukcija od AS<br />
betona, AS blokova, gredica i punilaca velike energetske<br />
efikasnosti i seizmičke sigurnosti. To znači da za<br />
izgradnju zidanih zgrada VEE nema potrebe za oplatom,<br />
jer se stubovi, tavanice i grede noseće konstrukcije<br />
formiraju uz pomoć AS blokova, AS gredica i AS punilaca.<br />

(57) Invention herewith described refers to the AS<br />
concrete thermal blocks as the basic element for the<br />
construction of walls and ceilings of masonry buildings<br />
of high energy efficiency and seismic safety. The<br />
essence of the invention represent AS blocks (S1, S2,<br />
S3, S4, Z1, Z2, Z3, Z4, Z5, Z6, Z7 and Z8), AS<br />
diesquares (MK) and AS fillers (MP1 and MP2) i.e. the<br />
products made from AS concrete, which is made in an<br />
optimal combination and interaction of F-aggregate,<br />
