(54) OPGL ANTIBODIES<br />

(57) Invention herewith described refers to the<br />

antibodies that interact with human osteoprotegerin<br />

ligand (OPGL). The invention relates to the<br />

pharmaceutical preparation containing this antibody, as<br />

well as to the procedure for detecting the concentration<br />

of osteoprotegerin ligand (OPGL) in a biological sample<br />

in vitro. The invention further relates to the use of the<br />

said antibody or the pharmaceutical preparation for the<br />

manufacture of drugs for treating the bone loss in<br />

patients. The invention also relates to the isolated<br />

preparation containing the first polynucleotide and the<br />

second polynucleotide, whereat the first polynucleotide<br />

encodes a heavy chain and the second polynucleotide<br />

encodes a light chain, and the first and the second<br />

polynucleotide encode the antibody, as well as to the<br />

isolated host cell containing such a preparation. Finally,<br />

the invention relates to the procedure for production of<br />

the antibody interacting with human osteoprotegerin<br />

ligand (OPGL).<br />

(57) Pronalazak se odnosi se na uređaj za lomljenje<br />

ventila na kesama za krv, kod koga je u kućišti (K)<br />

izlazno vratilo elektromotora (1) spregnuto sa krivajom<br />

(2). Spojna poluga (3), krivajno polužnog mehanizma,<br />

obrtno je spojena, na jednom kraju sa krivajom (2), a na<br />

drugom sa šetalicom (4). Na šetalici (4) pričvršćena je<br />

viljuška (5), ispod koje je, na kućištu (K), postavljena<br />

fiksna viljuška (6). Ispod viljuške (6) postavljeni su šiljci<br />

(7) sa navučenim otvorima (82) izvedenim na ojačanju<br />

(81) kese (8). Između viljuški (5, 6) postavljen je ventil<br />

(83) kese (8), tako da je osa rotacije viljuške (5)<br />

pozicionirana, približno u osi viljuške (6), odnosno u<br />

centru ventila (83). Pomična viljuška (5) i fiksna viljuška<br />

(6) imaju na spoljnim stranama svojih krakova ugrađene<br />

vijke (51, 61), respektivno, koji preko opruga (nisu<br />

prikazane na nacrtu), pritiskaju kuglice (52, 62)<br />

respektivno, među kojima je pozicioniran ventil (83).<br />

(54) BLOOD BAG VALVE BREAKER<br />

(57) Invention herewith described refers to the device for<br />

breaking blood bag valves, in the housing (K) of which<br />

there is the output shaft of the electromotor (1) coupled<br />

with the excenter (2). The connecting lever (3) of the<br />

excenter-lever mechanism is rotationally connected on<br />

one end to the excenter (2), and on the other end to the<br />

push rod (4). On the push rod (4) there is attached the<br />

fork (5), beneath which a fixed fork (6) is placed on the<br />

housing (K). Beneath the fork (6), the spikes (7) with the<br />

slipped openings (82) constructed on the reinforcement<br />

(81) of the bag (8) are placed. Between the forks (5, 6),<br />

the valve (83) of the bag (8) is placed, in such a way that<br />

the rotation axis of the fork (5) is positioned,<br />

approximately in the axis of the fork (6), that is in the<br />

centre of the valve (83). On the outer sides of their arms,<br />

the movable fork (5) and the fixed fork (6) have built-in<br />

bolts (51, 61), respectively, which through the springs<br />

(not shown in the drawing), press the balls (52, 62),<br />

respectively, in between of which the valve (83) is<br />

positioned.<br />

(57) Superupijajući polimeri u obliku gela za gašenje i<br />

sprečavanje širenja požara se odnosi na praškasti aditiv<br />

koji se dodaje vodi i služi za gašenje i sprečavanje<br />

širenja požara. Dodati ugušćivači i reološki aditivi<br />

doprinose bržem povećanju viskoziteta mešavine<br />

polimer-voda. Dodatkom praha vodi u maloj<br />

koncentraciji (0,5-1,0 mas%) povećava se viskozitet<br />

vode i ona se prevodi u stanje gela. Povećanjem<br />

viskoziteta i stvaranjem trodimenzionalne strukture gela,<br />

voda se duže vreme zadržava na vertikalnim i<br />

horizontalnim površinama, uz zadržavanje viskoziteta i<br />

fluidnosti dovoljne da protiče kroz standardno korišćenu<br />
