Strengthening Connections

A one-day conference bringing together lawyers from different jurisdictions to discuss
engagement between private and public international law. The speakers will map existing
connections and explore further linkages between these disciplines across a range of
interdisciplinary topics. Matters covered include jurisdiction, State immunity, arbitration, and
more generally, the role of law in such issues as corporate social responsibility, environment
and human rights.
