A one-day conference bringing together lawyers from different jurisdictions to discuss<br />
engagement between private and public international law. The speakers will map existing<br />
connections and explore further linkages between these disciplines across a range of<br />
interdisciplinary topics. Matters covered include jurisdiction, State immunity, arbitration, and<br />
more generally, the role of law in such issues as corporate social responsibility, environment<br />
and human rights.<br />
