A one-day conference bringing together lawyers from different jurisdictions to discuss engagement<br />
between private and public international law. The speakers will map existing connections and<br />
explore further linkages between these disciplines across a range of interdisciplinary topics. Matters<br />
covered include jurisdiction, State immunity, arbitration, and more generally, the role of law in such<br />
issues as corporate social responsibility, environment and human rights.<br />
