Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is hiring for our Arlington (Smokey Point) Location. We are
looking for Crew Members (In-Shop) 16 and over , we are also looking for Delivery Drivers.
Jimmy John's is unlike every other sandwich chain in the country; we specialize in Super-Fast,
High-Volume sandwich execution! You will be part of a team producing sandwiches in 30 seconds
or less! "Subs So Fast You'll Freak!" is what we are known for and what we live by.
Here you can work for a company and be proud of the quality product we put out. All natural
meats with no fillers, 100% real provolone cheese (non of that oil based processed cheese
here), Quality produce from local Snohomish county produce company's(We even shred our
own lettuce and dont use that pre-shredded stuff dipped in chlorine). All of this topped with
high quality condiments like Hellmans Mayo (AKA BestFoods), Grey Poupon mustard, &
Homemade Vinaigrette.
We are growing franchise and are starting construction on a new store and this has lead us to
have the need to hire more individuals at the Arlington location. This also means, we have advancement
opportunities. Several of our managers have been with us less than a year. If you

REQUIREMENTS:
CREW MEMBER(IN-SHOP):
-16 or older
-Reliable
-Past food experience helpful, but not required
-Will need to get a Food Handlers Card.
DELIVERY DRIVERS: Tired of delivering a pizza 10 miles away for $1.00 in gas? Not here, we
have a small delivery range and we reimburse our drivers daily at .52 a mile, now that's some
serious gas money! Like having money every day? You get your tips and gas paid out daily to
you.
-Good Driving Record
-Reliable Automobile (& willingness to put a car topper on)
-Valid and current insurance
-Over 18
-Will Need to get a Food Handlers Card
