MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP<br />
APPLICATION<br />
Each year the Pilchuck Soccer Alliance (<strong>PSA</strong>) offers the Kent Coulter/Windsor Main<br />
Memorial <strong>Scholarship</strong> to graduating seniors who have participated in the Club. This year,<br />
up to four scholarships in the amount of $500.00 each will be awarded. The applicant must<br />
be accepted by a Community College, four-year College/University or Technical School.<br />
The award will be sent to the accepting school.<br />
Guidelines:<br />
1. Club participation<br />
2. School and Community participation<br />
3. “What I love about soccer” question<br />
4. Applicant's Cumulative GPA.<br />
5. Student’s financial need<br />
6. Applicant's test score from either:<br />
Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT), Washington Pre-College Test or<br />
National Merit <strong>Scholarship</strong> Qualifying Test.<br />
7. Oral interviews may be part of the selection process.<br />
