The Basics
UK based wedding planner to arrange all the details of your wedding before
you arrive in Santorini for your wedding. Including:
Help with all wedding paperwork to ensure your wedding is legal.
Unlimited emails, SKYPE and phone calls.
Wedding information pack to help you with your planning journey
Booking wedding date and time
Reserving of wedding location/s
Arranging for Registrar and two witnesses (complementary)
Pre wedding meeting with the wedding planner
Venue visit prior to the wedding including transfers
Town hall fee
Personal escort to the after wedding appointment at the town hall in Fira to
collect you marriage certificate – transfers included.
Transportation to the wedding location for the bride or groom and up to 3
others in an air conditioned car
Wedding co-ordination for your wedding and reception

Weddings are not available here from 1st of August – 10th of September
The package price includes one way transportation from Kamari, Perissa,
Vlyhada, Megalochori, Fira, Firostefani, Imerovigli to Santorini Princess.
Transfers from Oia will be extra please ask for details.
Starting times for receptions is May 19.00, June 20.00, July 21.00, September
20.00, October 18.00
All flowers in the package will be roses, daises and gerberas – other flowers can
be arranged for a supplement.
Music provided by a professional DJ. Couples that want to have their own
special songs or additional music must provide it on a USB
Children under 15 years old are free of charge on open bar and children under
4 are free of charge on wedding menu
The minimum party size for this venue is 30
NOT AVAILABLE IN JULY
Theros do not provide onsite catering for weddings during July, during this
time we will use external caterers, please ask for details (supplements apply)
ONLY FOR PARTIES OF 50 OR LESS
Theros only cater food for up to 50 guests. For larger parties food will be
provided by a caterer (supplements apply)
