Bursa become more powerful by its
83 qualified members and qualified
manpower of 14 thousand and export
capacity over 406 million USD.
Bursa, ekonomik yönüyle, Türk ekonomisinin
geliştirilmesi ve ona yeni ivmeler
kazandırılmasında aktif ve yönlendirici
bir gücü temsil etmektedir. Ülke
ve bölge ekonomisinin gelişmesine,
ihracat yönüyle döviz girdisi sağlanmasına
ve sanayi altyapısının güçlenmesine
sağladığı katkılarla Bursa,
ekonomik açıdan büyük bir dinamizm
sergilemektedir.
”Türkiye’de Bölgesel Gelişme Politikaları
Sektör-Bölge Yığınlaşmaları”,
”Ulusal Kümelenme Politikasının Geliştirilmesi
Projesi” ve ”Bölgesel Rekabet
Edebilirlik Operasyonel Programı”
çalışmalarında TR41 bölgesinde yoğunlaşma
gösteren sektörlerde paralellikler
ortaya çıkmaktadır. TÜSİAD
ve DPT’nin ortak çalışmasında, tekstil
ve otomotiv sanayi ön plana çıkarken
UKPGP de otomotiv ve seramik sektörleri
öncelikli sektörler olarak belirlenmiştir.
NEDEN UZAY HAVACILIK VE SAVUNMA ?. .
Sektörel yığınlaşmaların en geniş şekilde
ortaya konulduğu BROP’ta ise seramik,
tekstil, giyim, makine, plastik ve
motorlu araçlar öne çıkan sektörlerdir.
Bu çalışmalar genel olarak sektörel faaliyetlerin
Düzey 2 bazında incelenmesi
sonucu ortaya konan çalışmalardır.
Bursa ilinde küme konusu sektör olan
uzay, havacılık ve savunma sanayine
hizmet verecek olan tekstil, otomotiv
ve makina ana sektörleri yoğun olarak
bulunmaktadır. Ayrıca bu sektörlerde
Bursa’da yer alan firmalar hem ulusal
hem de uluslararası alanlarda rekabetçilerdir.
Bursa ilinin potansiyeline baktığımızda,
savunma sanayine hizmet veren
firmaların özellikle ana metal sanayi,
makine ekipman imalatı, kauçuk
ve plastik ürünlerin imalatı, kimyasal
ve kimyasal ürünlerin imalatı, fabrikasyon
metal ürünleri imalatı, tekstil
ve motorlu kara taşıtı treyler ve yarı
treyler imalatı olarak düşünüldüğünde,
Bursa ilinde oldukça ciddi miktarda konuşlandığı
görülmektedir.
Savunma, Havacılık ve Uzay Sanayii
genellikle en ileri teknolojilerin kullanıldığı,
sürekli yeni teknolojilere gereksinim
duyan, bununla beraber geliştirilen
teknolojilerin daha sonraları sivil
amaçlarla da kullanıldığı, dolayısıyla
ülkelerin sosyoekonomik kalkınmasına
dolaylı ancak çok büyük çapta katkıda
bulunan sektörlerin başında olduğu
bir gerçektir.
Bursa ilinin başta otomotiv olmak üzere
tekstil ve makine imalat konularında
kazandığı bu yüksek ve rekabetçi
potansiyelini yakın gelecekte uzay
savunma ve havacılık sektörlerini de
dahil ederek geliştirmek ve Bursa’nın
ufkunu açmak bu girişimin itici faktörüdür.
Bursa represents an active and guiding
power regarding the development
and acceleration of Turkish economy.
Bursa has a great dynamism economically
by its contributions to the development
of national and regional economy,
to the inflow of foreign currency
through export and to the empowerment
of industrial infrastructure.
There are some analogies between
the sectors that produce aggregate
in TR41 region according to the studies
of ”Turkish Regional Development
Policies Sector-Region Aggregates”,
”Development Project of National
Clustering Policy” and ”Regional Competitiveness
Operational Programme.”
Textile and automotive industry stand
out according to the collaborative
work of TÜSİAD and DPT, on the other
hand the sectors of automotive and
ceramic have been determined as primary
sectors according to UKPGP.
WHY AEROSPACE AND DEFENSE ?. .
Ceramic, textile, clothing, machinery,
plastic and motor vehicles are prominent
sectors in BROP which demonstrates
the sectoral aggregates in
the widest sense. These studies are
presented according to the general
evaluation of sectoral activities on the
basis of Level 2. Bursa is rich in terms
of textile, automotive and machinery
main sectors that will provide service
for aerospace and defense industry
which is the sector being a subject of
cluster. Companies that work in Bursa
on those sectors are competitive in
both national and international fields.
When the potential of Bursa and main
metal industry in particular, manufacturing
of machinery and equipment,
rubber and plastic products, chemical
and chemical products, fabrication
metal products, textile and motor vehicle
trailer and semi-trailer are considered,
a considerable amount of
company that provides service for defense
industry and has been deployed
in Bursa is clearly seen.
It is a fact that the Defense and Aerospace
Industry is one of the leading
sectors in which cutting-edge technologies
are used, which requires new
technologies constantly, where developed
technologies are used for civil
purposes afterwards, which contributes
socio-economical development
of country indirectly but majorly.
Developing this high and competitive
potential of Bursa, which has been
obtained through automotive particularly,
textile and manufacturing
of machinery, by involving the sectors
of aerospace and defense in the near
future and expanding the horizon of
Bursa are the driving factors of this
initiative.
