Come to our flagship store in Springfield, Missouri and meet with
the bosses. We'll buy you lunch and give you an operational tour.
We'll chat about your qualifications, expectations, and
development plans. You'll have the opportunity to take a close
look at our business and franchise model. By the end of the day,
we'll agree to move forward or part ways.
(Note: This is a formal interview that we prefer to conduct face-to-face. You being onsite
allows for a much more immersive experience that we think is vital to your understanding
of the atmosphere and culture of our business.)

At this point, we ask that you submit a complete business plan,
detailing your management structure, projections, and marketing
campaign. Make sure we know how you will develop the
company within your market.

development, you are ready to franchise.
