Too many people worship the scales and weigh themselves constantly and then get disheartened when they don’t see the numbers<br />

drop. Patience is the key here. If you’re feeling better, getting stronger and running further, you’re well on track. The most<br />

important thing is to keep up the good work. Numbers can be misleading as <strong>your</strong> body composition will be changing so you might<br />

even get a little heavier to start due to increasing muscle mass so don’t let it fool you! Slow, controlled weight loss, strength gains<br />

is not an overnight happening and the slower it takes the more likely you are to keep the weight off or the strength /fitness gains.<br />

Having someone there to hold you accountable is one of the most powerful motivators you can have! Pus, we all know we push<br />
