Congratulations! You’ve decided to start your journey towards a fitter,<br />
healthier you. After a lot of research and some internal struggles, you’ve<br />
made your goals and you’re ready to get to work.<br />
First step: choose how you’re going to work out.<br />
<strong>Be</strong>.. <strong>By</strong> <strong>Mel</strong> is a small local business developed to provide an alternative to<br />
typical personal and group fitness training found in today’s busy gyms.<br />
I offer a wide range of classes and training sessions to provide an overall<br />
total body workout! I use cross training, high intensity and functional fitness<br />
techniques utilising all major muscles of the body, burning the calories and<br />
increasing overall strength, endurance and fitness. The programs are tailored<br />
for all ages and fitness levels, with techniques that are easily performed<br />
and enjoyed.<br />
All classes are designed to foster a social and friendly environment where<br />
clients get to know each other with partnered and team exercises. This creates<br />
a fun and motivating environment with plenty of support and encouragement.<br />
I offer a more personalised approach to group fitness sessions with one-onone<br />
advice, goal setting, access to personal coaching and tailored session<br />
planning.<br />
My aim is to provide a supportive and fun environment where my members<br />
can grow and improve. We are not simply people training together, we are<br />
a fitness family!
What is Bootcamp?<br />
Bootcamp is group training that involves different workouts to challenge the<br />
body, burn fat, tone up and increase your overall fitness and strength. <strong>Mel</strong>'s<br />
Bootcamps are fun, social and supportive but also make you work hard to<br />
achieve results!<br />
Do I need to be super fit to start training?<br />
No. All my classes cater for all levels of fitness. The most important thing is willingness<br />
and the want to give it a Go! A good attitude is essential and eagerness<br />
to have some fun will definitely help too!<br />
Can I do it?<br />
YES ANYONE CAN!<br />
We are all individuals, so everyone will have different strengths and weaknesses.<br />
We workout as a team and we aim to help and motivate each other. Please note<br />
that anyone with health issues or injuries or who is currently pregnant will need<br />
medical clearance from a GP.<br />
I have an injury; can I still train with <strong>Be</strong>. <strong>By</strong> <strong>Mel</strong>?<br />
My sessions are NOT a rehabilitation program, and sometimes may not be suitable<br />
if you are getting treated or recovering from an injury. It’s recommended to<br />
get medical certificate/exercise clearance from your Doctor/health practitioner<br />
before beginning training if you have had an injury in the past or currently.<br />
Can I train if I’m pregnant?<br />
Ladies yes you can continue your exercise! I can alter the session to suit you and<br />
as long as you have clearance from your GP, I will look after you! It is important<br />
to maintain your fitness and strength over your pregnancy. Post pregnancy, you<br />
should be waiting approximately 6 weeks after giving birth and obtain a clearance<br />
from your GP.<br />
How much does it cost?<br />
Sessions are “pay as you train”. That means no sales pitch, no contracts, no gimmicks,<br />
JUST TRAINING and RESULTS! Sessions are only $10 per person! If you<br />
REALLY want exceptional value though… I would honestly recommend the newly<br />
released UNLIMITED BOOTCAMP sessions! $25 per week +pf and you can attend<br />
AS MANY sessions as you can in the week. Currently there is 10 sessions on<br />
the timetable, so that’s $2.50 a session!!!<br />
Can I do just a one off/casual class?<br />
OF COURSE!!! ALL SESSIONS are casual base payments ($10 pp per session).<br />
Bookings are essential and numbers are limited in some classes.<br />
How do I book my spot?<br />
Download the app VAGARO (not PRO!) and search for <strong>Be</strong>..<strong>By</strong> <strong>Mel</strong>, link is here if<br />
you get stuck but it is easy and user friendly AND free for both Android and<br />
IPhones.<br />

Our indoor / outdoor bootcamp sessions are the ideal programme to take your workouts up a notch. These group sessions are<br />
based on cross training, bodyweight drills, vertical challenges and team drills with structured progressions. These sessions are suitable<br />
for all levels.<br />
These workouts are based on High Intensity Interval Training techniques (HIIT) which alternates periods of short intense anaerobic<br />
exercise with less intense recovery periods. This type of exercising provides improved athletic capacity and condition, improved<br />
glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.<br />
We also have boxing classes, stretch and KONGA® !!!<br />
INFERNO<br />
is a workout designed for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements<br />
with strength and stabilization exercises. Using dedicated work efforts designed to challenge even the most seasoned athlete<br />
INFERNO delivers a serious heart pounding, calorie burning workout designed to push you to the max. Using a signature formula this<br />
session provides a total body workout with maximum results that will burn, cut and chisel your way to a hardcore body.<br />
TWISTER<br />
Twister will help you get the most out of your training by assisting with extra flexibility and mobility through band work and foam<br />
rollers. We are going to ease those knots and tight fascia tissue through 45 minutes of slow release stretches, self myofascial release<br />
and pin pointing those troublesome "hotspots". Bands are supplied but you are required to bring your mat and foam roller for these<br />
sessions.<br />
KONGA®<br />
KONGA® is an easy-to-follow, high intensity fusion of Boxing, Cardio, Dance & Sculpting set to the hottest beats from all decades.<br />
Konga® is a fierce & wild workout designed to shape, sculpt & redefine your physique while injecting your body with an endorphin<br />
overload. Expect to squat, burpee, sprint & sweat like crazy while some big tunes transport you to your happy place. Whether you<br />
are super fit or totally uncoordinated, Konga® is for you! With fresh choreography, new technique & the latest music every month<br />
TSUNAMI<br />
Not your typical bootcamp, Tsunami includes innovative training stations to work the entire body in the anterior and posterior chain.<br />
Specialty equipment like VIPERS, KETTLEBELLS and SANDBAGS are used fuel a fast-paced workout that is sure to deliver results. This<br />
session is on the beach and be prepared to get wet and sweaty! Bring a towel!<br />
KNOCKOUT<br />
Get ready to feel the burn in this high intensity but fun boxing class. You will be lead you through a workout with extreme fitness<br />
drills including jabs, uppercuts and combo drills to challenge and elevate your heart rate as well as challenge your muscles and<br />
mind. Gloves and inners are provided but limited numbers so book in! All levels of fitness are welcome!<br />
